The time finally came to get a new unit and he was ready to do the install quickly. Everything went great and the new unit works like a charm. He was also very patient with all my questions and never made me feel like I couldn't ask something. I highly recommend Jason and his team at JPM for all of your HVAC needs. They have super fair prices and exceptional quality service.

He checked all the work I had done myself and then made the final connections of the refrigerant lines, pressure tested with dry nitrogen, evacuated the system of air and moisture with a vacuum pump, released the refrigerant precharge, test ran the system and then filled out the warranty card that came with the system. Bowen really knows his stuff and is passionate about his job. He explained so many things to me as he did his work. I have a very good understanding of my system and how it works. I couldn't be more happy with Bowen and JPM.
