  We have had an annual membership for ~10yrs. I can honestly say that this maintenance service for our HVAC/AC by Kevin Welsh is the best service we have ever received. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough beyond expectation. His attention to detail came through in his work. He cleaned up some cables on the AC and changed out screws that hold up a closure to the space where the HVAC is located. This to me is the type of effort that “Wows” a customer. Things he didn’t need to do but went the extra step to get done. Thank you Kevin for your high quality of work.

  My service technician, Fernando Garcia was outstanding. Very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. I was given a Google Nest Thermostat, that required installation by a professional. I addition to quickly setting it up, Fernando helped me download the Nest app, and set it up on my IPhone, Above and beyond what one would expect. So impressed! Fernando is such an asset for Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air.

  Our water heater went out in the morning, Anderson Plumbing had someone over to troubleshoot by 11:00 am! We found we needed to replace the water heater and Anderson had the model we needed and was able to have Kyle install it the same afternoon! Kyle was very professional and completed the job properly & promptly. We would definitely recommend Anderson Plumbing for your plumbing emergency!

  Had a major gas leak under the house in the crawl space. After SDGE secured the gas. Anderson Plumbing responded quickly the morning I called, Anthony showed up and he was awesome. Explained everything each step of the way and found the issue despite some pitfalls we discovered going on under my 60+ year old house. Turns out the issue was caused by shotty work done before I purchased the house 8 years ago. I implore anyone reading this, don’t cheap out when it comes to plumbing and gas lines, use a professional company like Anderson that does work to code. Anthony was very professional and I will continue to use this company.

  Emilio Gonzales and Andrew installed a tankless water heater for us after our water heater broke. They did a fantastic job, and we couldn't believe how quickly they did it. They were extremely conscientious and thorough, and did top notch work beyond our expectations. They were both very pleasant and polite. Emilio came back a week later with Dan, to replace the utility sink in our garage and to properly drain our washing machine, replace corroded washer connectorrs, install braided steel lines where there weren't any before, and insulate the tankless water heater pipes. Previously the washing machine was draining into the sink. We were so happy with their work: and again, both were very conscientious and thorough as well as courteous and polite, and great to deal with. In addition, they removed bidet hoses from the toilet tanks and put on new braided steel lines, and resolved a pressure and temperature issue in our shower heads caused by calcification. It made a huge difference. They also capped our gas line on the patio, which wasn't being used. We would definitely recommend Emilio, Andrew and Dan, and we look forward to working with any of them in the future should we need other services.
