  We recently had a leak in the main water line between the water meter and our house. Anthony went above and beyond to locate the leak, carefully excavating nearly three feet down in our front yard to access and repair it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, the leak was found and repaired the very same day, which was a huge relief. We truly appreciate Anthony’s dedication, outstanding customer service, and commitment to getting the job done right. We highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or leak detection services.

  Sebastian and his assistant were great! I needed to have the filter vent replaced. Sebastian got here exactly when he said he would arrive. He quickly checked out my vent (which was installed when the house was built in 1967) and determined that a replacement part for the vent cover. He left to pick up the part (30”x20” metal screen cover) and was back within in hour. The part was installed in less than 15 minutes! I was thrilled to have a brand new screw that looks 100% better. WHAT I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT WAS THE $733 price. And, this was after my “VIP” discount and Senior discount. I asked Sebastian why it cost so much, before I ok’d the estimate and he said that was mostly labor. That labor involved the removal of the old cover (which came right out when it was unscrewed (2minutes). The new cover popped right in and was screwed in in 4 locations and it was done. This new cover will make the changing of filters so easy and I was pleased with the way it looked. But, I’m very unhappy about the outrageous cost and am considering canceling my VIP Membership @ $18 / mo and using another company. I wish I didn’t even have to consider doing so but I am outraged by the charges. BTW, the assistant did nothing but watch and learn. I hope that I was charged for his wages. That’s a cost the company should absorb as a cost of doing business. I am a 77 year old widow living on a fixed income and prices are going up on everything. But, this is not right. In closing Sebastian was great, but your price was outrageous.

  I have done business with Anderson for over 10 years always pleasant and on time however, this time is a different experience. First the went to the wrong address and actually questioned me why nobody answered the door, although that seems minor is was just the preview of what was to come. Car salesman tactics, no transparency, almost feels like they take advantage of the situation, then they will say it is in the contract. My advice getting multiple quotes, my bad on That. 3 weeks job and not a single update. Then when I called to asked a question well “how can I make you smile”…maybe by caring, for start, unempathetic of my concerns so i was hoping it was an answering service, but the call back was just as unempathetic. From first show to price, to fallow up, to finish… I think nobody has call me, to my questioning about permits.

  Michael was very prompt in arriving for the same day appointment. He studied the situation and then discussed the options for fixing my leaking water heater The water heater was a small 10 gallon unit that was added to the tankless water system. Michael also reviewed the situation with the existing tankless water heater and the upgrades that have been made since my unit was installed. Michael did not try to upsell me but rather gave me the range of options. He completed the repairs very quickly and the hot water system is again functioning.

  Pauly Luna and Carlos did an outstanding job installing my new AC unit, redoing the ductwork in my attic, and installing and programing a new WiFi thermostat as well as showing me how to use it and connect it to my phone. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Throughout the two-day installation, they took the time to explain every step of the process, answer my questions, and provide regular updates on their progress. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. They worked efficiently, kept everything organized, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. Their professionalism and craftsmanship gave me complete confidence that the installation was being handled correctly. Even after they completed the job, Pauly and Carlos went above and beyond by not only vacuuming the entire area that they walked on and did the work in but also cleaned all my vents to ensure proper airflow.
