- LXLuke XieJun 10, 20261.0Just moved into our new Shawood home in Mongolia Ranch, Eastvale on May 1st. Within five weeks we’ve already had multiple issues: the upstairs bathtub pipe leaked yesterday, flooding the downstairs and ruining drywall. We’ve also had ongoing painting problems and a shower door that’s been leaking since we moved in, which still hasn’t been fixed. As a brand-new construction, the quality has been disappointing. We’re currently under the one-year warranty, but we’re very concerned about what problems might arise after that period ends. New homes shouldn’t have this many issues this quickly.
