Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Walk through was smooth and actively listening from client.presented professional manner Home Delivery: I would be nice if seller can provide buyer longer home warranty .

  We moved into our lovely home at Eastvale Squares eight months ago, and initially, we were thrilled. However, it didn’t take long for things to take a turn for the worse. Unfortunately, the management team here seems completely uncommitted to maintaining the community. The condition of the common areas has deteriorated significantly. The streets are consistently dirty, and the barbecue pads are in a disgusting state—it's hard to remember when they were last cleaned. The swimming pool is filthy, often filled with debris, and the gym lacks regular cleaning, making it unpleasant to use. Trash is frequently overflowing, and the overall cleanliness of the community leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, communication with management has been frustrating. Yesenia Alegria the person in charge, rarely responds to emails or phone calls, which adds to the feeling of neglect. To make matters worse, there are often loud gatherings in the pool area late into the night, with little to no enforcement of noise regulations. It’s disheartening to see what could be a beautiful community turning into a nightmare. Without a dedicated management team willing to address these issues, it feels like things are only getting worse. I genuinely hope improvements are made soon, but as of now, I cannot recommend Eastvale Square to anyone..

  We are very satisfied. We can bbq and take the dogs for a walk let them loose in the dog park.. kids can go have fun on the playground.. I feel very fortunate to live in this community!!❤️
