  Couldn't be happier with my experience here. I had engineered hardwood installed throughout my entire 3,300 sq ft home and the whole process was seamless from selection to installation. Teza, the manager, was a standout - he took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question along the way, and made sure everything was handled properly. No surprises, no headaches, just a great result. The floors look incredible and the level of service matched. If you're considering a large flooring project, this is the place to go. Highly recommend - and ask for Teza!

  We visited on a Sunday because it was convenient with our work schedules. Our initial plan was simply to select new tile for our kitchen, as we had already chosen the hardwood flooring for our living room from a different store. However, the customer service and knowledge that Will provided made the entire experience exceptional. He was patient, informative, and took the time to answer all of our questions. His expertise gave us confidence in our selections and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and manageable. After experiencing a catastrophic event in our home, what started as a simple visit quickly turned into selecting tile, carpet, and hardwood flooring. This was an emotional and stressful time for us, but Will’s professionalism, compassion, and expertise made all the difference. His customer service was truly unmatched, and we are incredibly grateful for his support throughout this process. Will’ truly went above and beyond, and we greatly appreciate his professionalism and support.
