  There’s a reason why I keep using Downey Plumbing over the years, your people are outstanding. Your service is outstanding on this trip. Roman was the spearhead of replacing our water heater. He is awesome, knowledgeable, polite, kind person, and I thank you for having these types of personnel in your company.

  Very satisfied with Downey Plumbing service. They fixed the water leak from the upstairs toilet that was dripping down to my laundry room. The work was done very well, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them, will call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

  Axl was clearly an excellent plumber. She was on time for our appointment, was calm and professional, and explained exactly what she was doing and looking for as she searched for the leak. She removed the damaged parts and showed them to me. She then got approval to replace the old parts with new ones. I was extremely happy with Axl’s expertise and will contact Downey Plumbing again soon! Cathy Klein

  Such fast service! The kitchen sink backed up Friday night. Saturday morning it hadn't drained at all. I called Downey Plumbing because they have consistently fixed our plumbing issues. Carlos came out Saturday afternoon and was very professional! He explained everything that was going on, and before long, the pipes were clean and the sink was drained and cleaned! I was nervous about the cost of the work on a weekend, but it was SO reasonable! Thank you!
