  I had an excellent experience with Luis, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work. He handled several plumbing projects at my home, including replacing my water heater, replacing a toilet, and repairing a leak in my water service line. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and thorough. He took the time to address each issue and made sure the work was completed properly. I truly appreciated his workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust to work in your home, but Luis definitely exceeded my expectations.   I truly appreciate the way the technicians came in and listen to my plumbing problem.. The technicians went and got their tools and went to work. The fixed my stoppage and I’m a happy customer. Also I love they had on badges and a uniform on. Also I was notified when they would arrive at my home with updates.

  I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Downey Plumbing, particularly the exceptional service provided by Carlos. When my mother discovered a leak in her water heater, we were understandably concerned. Downey Plumbing immediately recognized the urgency of the situation and graciously accommodated a same-day appointment. By the following morning, her water heater had been replaced and everything was back in working order. What truly distinguished this experience was the professionalism and willingness to help demonstrated throughout the process. Carlos, in particular, went above and beyond. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and commitment to customer service gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing my mother was in capable, caring hands. We recognize that a 24-hour turnaround may not always be possible, which makes us even more appreciative of the extraordinary effort Carlos made to accommodate her needs. He truly moved mountains to ensure my mother wasn't without hot water any longer than necessary. Downey Plumbing has earned our trust, gratitude, and highest recommendation. Thank you for treating my mother with such care and for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

  I had a scheduled appointment with this co Downey plumbing tech Alberto came to my home today to address an issue with my tub draining slow his diagnosis was to snake it while prepping to do so dropped the plug that locks the water in the tub and tell me that he cant complete the Job today due to high call volume thats not my problem sir I needed my tub completed Downey plumbing wanted to reschedule me 2 day later Absolutely not so Alberto called homeserve to in form them of the situation of what he didn't do now I have to wait another 3 hrs for another co to come out and fix the mess Downey employee Alberto made my message to never call Downey plumbing if you can help it they customer service is terrible I will never use them again 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿..one thing I know is the customer is always right and you need to treat customers with great service Hire workers that knows how to get the Job done in a timely matter period

  I can’t say enough good things about Downey Plumbing Heating & Air, especially Carlos and Omar. We had a pretty serious drain emergency that turned into a very stressful situation. We had sewage backing up into our crawl space, so I called Downey Plumbing Heating & Air and they sent Carlos out to diagnose the problem. From the beginning, Carlos was professional, thorough, respectful, and really took the time to understand what was going on. He also recommended a great cleaning service to help deal with the sewage in the crawl space, which was incredibly helpful given the situation we were dealing with. Carlos came back to take care of the drains, and he did an amazing job. He was extremely thorough and made sure the problem was actually addressed rather than just putting a temporary fix on it. Omar was also great to work with and I really appreciated the professionalism and care from both of them throughout the process. I’m extremely happy with the work and would absolutely recommend Downey Plumbing Heating & Air. Thank you Carlos and Omar!!
