- FDF DeJongSep 15, 20265.0Late March 2025, Qualtech replaced my old AC and Gas Furnace with a Carrier Heat Pump. Qualtech has always been great and provided excellent customer service. The new unit was installed quickly within a day by the technicians. Estimator Daniel was great and climbed up to the attic to check the ducts if they were still good and no leak. He took the pictures and showed me several ducts which were disconnected and smashed by the plumbers who re-piped the entire house during late 2022. I was so shocking the plumbers did that. Fortunately, Daniel notified me although it was too late to claim the damages from the plumbing company. The quote from Daniel was reasonable. Qaultech team is super helpful and competent on the phone, extremely responsive. Erika, their scheduler and main point of contact for customers, is *extremely* capable, cheerful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to and ask questions. Laurie Phillips was very helpful and assisted while Erika was out or not available. Laurie helped to arrange the duct testing and permit documents. It was done so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Qualtech team for a great job!

Daniel, the business owner, came out twice and did two sets of estimates, and Erica was very responsive and patient in reviewing the various equipment solutions and answering my questions. Techs Elijah and Sergio worked hard and did a great job on the installation. Qualtech was one of three estimates I got -- glad I chose them!

The response was prompt and Omar gave helpful and clear advice and information with which to make our decision. Elijah and Sergio arrived the next day (during a heat wave, of course!) and completed the entire install with a minimum of disruption. They were both professional, pleasant and clearly very capable.

The old furnace was in the kitchen which didn't make sense and the team was able to relocate the new air unit into the garage. Shoutout to the entire team for being great to work with. Erika was out project coordinator - super friendly, responsive, and accommodating with our long renovation project. Daniel took the time to explain everything the team was doing, the details of the systems, and provided solutions to the various home issues we ran into. The installation team Wilson and Erie did an awesome job, and the Title 24 results were some of the best the inspector have seen for our setup.
