They told me Kohler doesn't make a replacement and I have to buy a $75 combination of multiple parts. I'm now outside the store, sitting in my car, looking at the Kohler website and I see multiple types of replacement parts just like what I need, for $4-$10, depending on the material/finish. While in the store they seemed like they did not really want to help me (though I was the only customer in the store), and either they don't know what they are talking about or flat out lied to me. Bizarre.
