  Clear Path helped me finish clearing out my dad's hoarder situation after he passed. These guys are AMAZING and I will shout their praises from the mountain top. Not only were they the lowest quote I got, they went above and beyond and the quality of the work was amazing. All the junk gone, every surface sanitized (and I mean every... walls, floors, cabinets, ceilings, furniture)! Every bit of dust and debris was removed including the 30 years of dust in the garage. And even better they did it all with the best attitudes. I'd been putting off this final stage of the clean out dreading it because the closer I got the place to looking like the house I grew up in instead of a hoarder mess, the harder it was emotionally to keep pushing. These guys did some really hard, dirty, sweaty work in the peak of summer in a house with no AC and they did it with smiles, laughter, emotional sensitivity for me... The house saw more joy in the day of hard work they did than I probably had in the previous 20 years of my dad's hoarding. German and the Clear Path team gave me back the house I grew up in and I can't thank them enough for it!

  I was blown away at how thoroughly they went through my house! The team really took pride in their work and it showed. I had a bad clean up problem that got away from me. The team came in and now my house looks sparkling clean! Thanks again to German and his team!

  ClearPath helped me with a water damage restoration and mitigation project. I was very unfamiliar with the whole process but German and Victor explained everything thoroughly when they went out to access the property. German was available throughout the process to answer any questions I had and maintained very good communication with frequent updates on the process. It was truly a pleasure to work with such a hardworking team.
