For your security, all of our staff are background checked and drug tested and we'll email a picture of our technician, before he arrives. We have a state-of-the-art training facility where each technician receives 150 hours of mandatory classroom training each year. He put the camera down the main line to check that things aren’t clogged. He showed me a few areas where things are building. Ultimately he recommended a hydro jet cleaning which I’m tabling for a later time due to the cost but he’s solid at his job and is a true professional.
