  Jon was a. Awesome and kind representative of service champions. Very patient and we will be calling him and using service champions again. He left everything spotless, and was very professional.

  HVAC team was great. Cleaned up a pretty messy job in attic due to erosion from rats and reinstalled insulation. Got the job done in one day. Included before and after pictures.

  We had a plumbing problem with the kitchen faucet. Louis did an excellent and quick job diagnosing and subsequently fixing the problem. He was also a great communicator and a very pleasant person.

  Our experience with the teams of installers was very good. They all were professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. Brandon and Luis, our first contacts, led us through the process, step by step. As everyone would like, we wish the price was a little lower, but as they say you get what you pay for. The equipment, installers, some credits and the service are worth it. Thank you to all who came in contact with us. Oscar, Josh, Herbert, Yemeni, Israel and your crews made this experience less stressful.

  Tech showed up an hour before the appointment time window. The automated phone system connects you to a scheduling person who says thank you for calling service champions. I did not call service champions, you called me. The actual service was good. The company called back to discuss what had happened and made things right.
