  Really impressed with their HVAC services. No pressure to upgrade or replace things unnecessarily- just solid service and good advice. We've used them on and off for a few years for annual AC service. This time we joined their annual plan to save on maintenance going forward. I also really appreciate how tech-forward they are with documenting their recommendations, invoices and payment processing. Pretty intuitive process from A to Z. Only one tiny miss: I approved the additional repair work to be done through their online system but after four days hadn't heard anything. I called in and the agent quickly and graciously took care of scheduling everything. Job well done!

  Anthem handle all of our Air Conditioning needs at our new Indoor Golf Country Club in Rancho Mirage Back Nine..They installed the system and handle all the maintenance . I could not be happier and would definitely use them again for future locations..

  I had my A/C maintenance done by Mario and it was a great experience! He followed all the instructions for entering my home and was very respectful and professional the whole time. He also caught a few issues with my A/C that I had no idea were going on, which I really appreciated. Overall, super happy with the service and I ended up signing up for their yearly maintenance plan. Looking forward to continuing with Anthem Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Great company and great service — thanks again, Mario!

  Buyer beware! I purchased their HVAC maintenance plan as recommended by the prior owner of my new condo. The technician told me I needed a new capacitor and it would cost $530. I decided to wait and did some of my own research and learned that the part could be purchased for about $20. When I called the manager to inquire how long it would take to install the part, I was told that they "don't charge by the hour" and that it's expensive to run a business. He also stated that the business operates for "sales and marketing." (???) I called several other companies to get quotes and hired another independent company to come and evaluate the capacitor. The technician said I could consider replacing the capacitor at a cost of $185, but he suggested it was likely good enough to get through the summer and he could reevaluate it in the fall. Every business is free to charge what they like, but why do they charge more than twice as much as other local companies? As a consumer, it appears to me that they sell maintenance contracts so that the "sales and marketing" components of their business can upsell services at exorbitantly high prices. I found another service company and I'm willing to forfeit the cost of my annual contract not to have these folks come out again.
