- BFBeth FordApr 14, 20261.0Your employee Raven needs to be reminded of your motto . Poor customer service . She does not bother to return phone calls , sets up home appointments and is a no show . Doesn’t bother to apologize for not showing up or following through with messages . I spoke with another designer to follow up and her reply was - good luck with Raven .” This happens all the time.”I took half a day off to meet with her in my home -rescheduled my own clients , only to be a no show . Apparently , you don’t need the business . Quality Carpets just lost a $10,000 job ! I went elsewhere, and have no problem sharing my terrible experience with others in the community of Fresno and Clovis .

She was very defensive, rude and condescending. I had detected it a bit in the beginning but ignored it in hopes this was the place that was going to install our flooring throughout our home. As I asked questions she responded defensively and said she knew what she was doing. I didn't doubt she knew her job but I wanted to be sure I had seen all that they had as it is a large showroom. Ultimately, I walked out because I don't want to do business with a start out like that.
