  Our air conditioner unit stopped working, so we scheduled several HVAC companies to come out, diagnose the problem, and provide repair estimates. The technician from this company inspected the system and advised us that both the capacitor and contactor had tested bad. He also stated that the compressor had failed his diagnostic testing and needed to be replaced. We decided to get additional opinions from other HVAC companies. The next two technicians also indicated that the compressor had failed their diagnostic testing and needed to be replaced. As with the first company, they quoted extremely high prices for replacing the compressor and also strongly recommended that we consider installing a completely new HVAC system. However, the final HVAC company took a different approach. Their technician tested the compressor and found that it was not showing signs of failure. He then replaced only the contactor, and the system started right up. Afterward, the system was thoroughly tested, and the compressor, along with the capacitor and other components, all tested to be operating within specifications. To be fair, some of the original technician's observations were legitimate, particularly regarding the damaged contactor and the abnormal conditions he observed during testing. However, his certainty that the compressor was the cause of the problem, along with his conclusion that it absolutely needed to be replaced, proved to be incorrect. As it turned out, replacing the contactor restored the system to normal operations, and neither the compressor, nor the capacitor needed to be replaced at this time, saving us thousands and thousnds of dollars in unnecessary HVAC repairs. Considering how expensive a compressor replacement can be, I believe the technician should have recommended replacing the clearly defective contactor first and then retesting the system before concluding that the compressor needed to be replaced.

  Wow—couldn’t be happier! Zechariah and Isaiah worked on a really tricky plumbing install with competence, diligence, and good humor to boot! In addition, they flushed our aging water heater which now works like new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for all your in house needs.

  The only reason I can actually leave a decent review right now is because we just had amazing service from Alexander Carrasco. We had a leak and the first two people who came out to help us did not fix the leak, upsold me a garbage disposal I didn’t need and then installed it incorrectly. I ended up having to call them again to send someone out because the leak was even worse. The third person to come out was Alex and he was so friendly and thorough and he got the job done. He is the only reason for this positive review. Otherwise be wary.
