  Zero salesmanship or problem solving skills. Worker hates his life and sees people as 1 time clients. Kindness goes a long way to a successful relationship and the tone of the man that I tried to get hardwood floor from was harsh, unhelpful, and unwarranted. Zero stars for customer service.

  Amazing customer service and inventory handpicked by Kingsly. Kingsly has excellent recommendations for your flooring needs. Fannie has been so helpful and patient in helping us decide on luxury laminate and colors. We even changed our mind about a flooring style and brand and still Kingsly and Fannie were so so helpful to introduce us to the newest item on the market which is what we ended up going with! We are in the process of finalizing our order and getting the install in 2 weeks we hope. Just want to say how happy we are with their services. Also we love the bright natural lighting here and modern display of flooring. We are lucky it is so close to our house it makes shopping here a breeze. Did I also mention Kingsly's store offers samples on display many other stores do not even carry? Kingsly picks products that have good backing and warranty. We have also had to bring our 2 wild children here a few times and they were very kind to them as we did our shopping. Thanks to this amazing team.

  Kingsly is great to work with. We found him extremely helpful, pleasant, and very professional to work with. We purchased Sheoga Hickory flooring from him. He was always prompt in getting back to us when we had questions. He ordered samples quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed each step of the way. He wanted to make sure we would be happy with our final product. We couldn't be more pleased with both his service and our Sheoga floors.
