  Zero salesmanship or problem solving skills. Worker hates his life and sees people as 1 time clients. Kindness goes a long way to a successful relationship and the tone of the man that I tried to get hardwood floor from was harsh, unhelpful, and unwarranted. Zero stars for customer service.

  I worked with Fanny on my floor renovation project. She is great in introducing the floor that fits our needs and price range, also amazing in after sale customer service! I would be using Kingsly for my future projects! Highly recommended! (No furniture yet but it’s beautiful!!)

  Mr Kingsly is a very knowledgeable, super accommodating , dedicated and help us with our order smoothly. We have 2 kids, he is kind and generous. His store consist of really nice floorings you dont see in a big box store, definitely we highly recommend him and the store!! I also had to text him for additional order we needed and was easy breeze! Thanks again!
