  I had the pleasure of hiring Quality First for a Tex-Cote Cool Wall exterior paint job. My point of contact throughout the entire process was Derek, who was outstanding. He kept me well informed, answered every question promptly, and followed up after the job was complete. The painters themselves were wonderful. They went out of their way to fix small issues that most crews wouldn’t have bothered with and took extra time at every step to ensure everything met my standards. The finished paint job is literally perfect — not a single inch of the building was missed, and there wasn’t a drop, splash, or glob of paint anywhere it didn’t belong. I’m extraordinarily happy with the result. Yes, the project cost about three times what a standard paint job would, but with their warranty, the rising cost of everything, and the peace of mind that comes with getting it done right the first time, it was absolutely worth it.

  Scott Peterson was my project coordinator of my roof! I am a first time home owner and my roof was barely hanging on my a thread, and I had constant leaks with poor weather. I knew I had to get my roof taken care of fast before the winter. Scott Gabaree talked me through the process, gave me a quick and easy quote, described their products, and gave me options for color and recommended type of roofing for my style of house. I was amazed from the time of my first phone call until they started working on my roof how quick and efficient they are as a team! Scott Patterson came to coordinate and checked in to see how the roof was progressing. With these odd spring storms we keep having, my roof is quiet and leak free!!!   An absolute worthless company. They quoted 20K for a paint job on a 1400 sq ft house. Then they call you once a week for 2 years. Do not get tangled up with these clowns. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the call list and they can't even do that. There are businesses that will save you 300%. Don't bother with these people. Every time they call me now I find a new platform to give this review. Do not use them.

  Mr. Mike Delgado is an asset to Quality First Home Improvement Inc. as well as the names listed below! Received a phone call to give me an ETA. Upon arrival, pleasant professional introduction, explained everything in detail - measurements to install options, clear and concise. Walked me thru the Docusign order release to the PC that will be scheduling install date. Excellent people skills! Thank you Mike! First and foremost our experience with QFHI thus far has been extremely pleasurable. Ms. Sadie Hoskins with the design team - great customer service and follow up! Thank you Sadie! Mr. Tim Morrissette, sales representative, personable, professional, patient with the front door entry design as well as options and design comparison. Knowledgeable and thorough with the contract - answered all questions and concerns without hesitation. Seamless process, thank you Tim!
