  I went small and local for personalized service. I did not get that here. Willing to pay extra for it too instead of big box. In hindsight, I will be recommending big box stores. Let me explain. We worked with Penny. She locks you in as a client. Ok, good. We went in another day with further questions, and she was not working that day. The other two associates said I will have to call her or come back another day. The other two asosociates were not willing to help. If you over order, you can not get a refund. If you under order, and you need more? You have to pay an extra freight charge. Ours was >$100 shipping to their store for me to pick up for extra trims and one box of LVPs. When I picked up these last extra items, I felt like I was being escorted off the premise with two big (but they were cool guys) guys that obviously do all the lifting in the back because energy got weird between us and Penny. IMO, any associate should be able and willing to help. Anything bought and unopened within a reasonable amount of time should be able to be returned. Wishing you the best.

  Wonderful place to get flooring!! So many choices and a friendly helpful staff!! Very knowledgeable with their available flooring products!! Highly recommend them!!!

  Great product line and high quality craftsmanship. Whether it is new flooring or repairs they can do it all. I would not hesitate to call Towne Carpets again.
