When the City sent me a letter (after the initial permit had expired) stating that the final inspection was not complete, Powell covered the cost of re-opening the permit and setting up the appointment. I appreciate the efficiency and expertise of the whole team, from the administrative staff (Yvonne) and the laborers who worked on my roof. I would definitely recommend them.

First storm of this season and it's leaking again. Going through insurance and third party because the hassle of dealing with these people is not worth the time or head ache. Would not recommend. Also, the owner assured us that there wouldn't be water damage inside the wall ... pfffft.
