  I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Matt of Earl's Plumbing. He was incredibly kind, professional, personable and very patient with me and my many questions! He updated me every step of the repair. His work was exemplary. My ancient, leaky shower looks and feels like a brand new one. I'll never use another plumber than Earl's Plumbing (and will request Matt, if possible!)

  Our water was shut off. Austin came out was very clear about the issue we were having and the cost. He worked out in 100 degree weather, no shade with his helper, who was also awesome. He was very professional and kind even mentioned how the company is really good to him. If we need pluming services in the future . We are calling them.

  I called Earl’s Plumbing early in the morning, and within two hours Jessie was at my house. From the start, the communication was outstanding. They kept me updated, let me know when Jessie was on his way, and even sent a photo so I knew who to expect. Jessie was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed several issues, including a leaking bathroom faucet, a problem with my on-demand water heater, and an issue with my water softener. He explained everything clearly, gave me a fair quote, completed the work, and left everything clean and tidy. When you’re dealing with plumbing issues, it’s stressful, but Jessie and the entire team at Earl’s Plumbing made the whole experience easy and worry-free. This was some of the best customer service I’ve received. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Earl’s Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. Jessie earned every one of these 5 stars!

  Called to evaluate an estimate on a garbage disposal. They checked it and said it was totally broken and that I needed a new one. They wanted to charge me 600-1200 for a new disposal, so I said no. They then charged me 150 just for them showing up. We later got the garbage disposal fixed just from a simple screwdriver. What a spit in the face. These guys will lie and overcharge you due to your lack of plumbing knowledge. It's insulting to be told that your disposal is totally busted (exact words) just to find out it was simple clog. Absolute greed.

  Was having problems with my water softener. Jessie showed up on time and went right to work. He reviewed all the settings and found a couple that weren't set properly. He reset the settings and ran the softener to make sure it worked properly. He then instructed me how to interpret the information on the softener tanks display so I can keep an eye out for any errors that might occur. He also instructed me on how to scroll through and adjust the settings if necessary. Then, to go a step further, he sent me a video on how my display worked so I could reference it in the future. Jessie was a great communicator and instructor. Very personable. Can't say enough good things about him. In the end, he didn't charge me a dime. Earl's is lucky to him him as an employee.
