Five stars for Earl's Plumbing! My tankless water heater was showing error 12 and we had no hot water. Phil came out and had it working again within 10 minutes. When I asked what I owed for the visit, he said there was no charge. That's almost unheard of these days. I've been an Earl's customer for many years. They're reliable and never push unnecessary upsells. While Phil was here, I asked about my 26-year-old water softener, which had quit working. I requested quotes on two different models, and he emailed both within the hour. Professional, friendly, and honest. Thank You Phil and Earl's Plumbing!

Wade Came into a complicated plumbing situation in my home. He was patient and thoughtful with his work while he was here. He was determined to solve this large problem I was having with several leaks that was causing a lot of damage in my home. He even had one of his coworkers come in to make sure that he was going to be successful in solving the complicated issues. Thank you for being on time, keeping me updated, and fixing all the leaks.

Travis K. of Earl’s fixed a broken main water line under my driveway last week. Great service from beginning to end. He was straightforward, professional, and communicative, and I received the estimate, invoice, and other paperwork related to the project promptly. I had recently hired another well-known local plumbing company for unrelated work, and the difference in communication, transparency, and overall service was night and day. I regretted not calling Earl’s in the first place. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate companies that operate this way, especially in a community like Chico. Thank you, Earl’s, for running a professional and trustworthy local business. I won’t stray again!

Tony from Earl’s Plumbing was awesome. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the guy. He explained everything he was doing, answered my questions, and got the work done in a timely manner. On top of that, he was just super nice, personable, and easy to talk to. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I really appreciated that. I would recommend Tony to anyone who needs plumbing work done. If I could specifically request him again, I absolutely would. Great guy, great service, and he definitely deserves the recognition.

09-24-2026 Earl’s Plumbing moto: Fixed Right, Right Now! is very accurate. We called in the afternoon and their technician, Tyler was here the next morning. Reviewed the concerns we had and gave us an estimate which he took the time to explain, we approved it and Tyler and his helper Peter were here the next morning. The work was completed that day. They made the whole process very comfortable. The communications, professionalism and work ethics were great. We will be recommending Earl’s Plumbing, Tyler, for any ones plumbing needs.
