  Professional, fast and so very helpful. We called same day and they came out to check our water pump and why were were not getting water into our home. We had just got a new water softener and didn't realize we turned that off keeping the water from coming in. They checked and found the issue and explained how the system works. They double checked that our electrical box for the pump was working just fine. Have always used them for our plumbing services and is always pleased with their services.

  This is my second time dealing with Earl’s plumbing and they were just as professional and capable as the last job they did for me. This time Craig was the technician and he was great. He communicated well, was friendly and professional, and he left the job cleaner than he found it.(not the case with other plumbers I have used in the past) I will continue to call Earl’s plumbing any time I need plumbing work.

  Little over a year ago, I paid this company $700 to fix an underground break that I had dug up already in my driveway on irrigation line. You would think that for that kind of money that if you’re going to fix a piece of pipe you’re also going to backfill it and complete the job. Nope, they wanted additional $500 to go and get rock and sand. Obviously, they should’ve put that in the original bid This week they’re $700 Repair failed and the pipe broke again. They’re telling me that if they would’ve done their $500 backfill they would’ve came out and fixed it. I know labor is expensive but a yard of rock and sand 30 bucks, the pipe and fit are 20 bucks That’s an $1150 profit for two hours of work People of Chico !! these people are taking advantage and it’s not OK

  We had scheduled a septic pump for our house that we bought 4 years ago. At the time, the realtor had another company inspect the septic and say that it was all good, but when Trent arrived last week to pump our tank, he found that things were not as they should be. After he pumped out what he could, he explained and showed me in great detail what the issues were so that I could make an informed decision about what to do next. We decided to have them send a camera through the pipes and it was determined that we had collapsed pipes that were causing the leechfield to not work properly. They offered me the option to dig out the problem areas myself over the next day which knocked a significant chunk of the price down for which I was very grateful. Then Craig came back Friday morning to repair the pipe and attempt to save the leechfield. He was able to do so without needing to add on any additional charges after the original quote to fix, and he got us all set by early afternoon. Both Trent and Craig worked hard and got the job done while keeping me in the loop along the way. I wish we had known to hire Earl’s upon buying the house back in 2021! We will definitely use this company again.

  I called them over the weekend. They didn’t come out til Monday so hot water heater ran non stop for three days as well as the water! They found the leak- then, they had to schedule a leak detection machine to come out to confirm the leak ($1300.00 I believe) then, they scheduled the repair on Thursday ! They did a good job but forgot to hook up the dishwasher or plug it in- as a result, it flooded the kitchen- didn’t return til the next day to fix that issue- they were mindful to keep their mess confined and did a decent job cleaning up however, they didn’t install a new board under my cabinet or repair Sheetrock. so on top of all the money they charged, I was left needing a new board and a patch repair!-I do wished it was fixed sooner, I’m not a professional but i believe they didn’t need the machine to confirm the leak- it was very very expensive- the plumber already figured out where the leak was. While they were here, the toilet decided to clog- he ran an auger took less than five minutes- I was charged $298.00- if I was thinking, I could’ve fixed myself for less than 50 bucks- but it’s all done now. I also told him I wanted to clean the hose that goes to the garbage disposal while It was out and I wasn’t given the opportunity to do so. I will call around and get estimates before automatically have them fix it if anything happens in the future.
