  Excellent Service! !! Always provides notifications a day before and when enroute to our house for service. Explains what he’s doing if we are available in the area at time of service.

  Myles was excellent! He came out to test our water and took the time to explain how our water softener and reverse osmosis (RO) system work. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made everything easy to understand. He also explained the options for newer, more efficient systems without any pressure. We really appreciated his honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Myles and Culligan to anyone looking for water treatment services!

  Drew was very friendly and communicative from beginning to end. He was efficient on testing, diagnosing and replacing filters, as he checked our system. Drew called when he was his way to make certain it was okay. He would be welcome in our house again. Thank you Drew, and Culligan for hiring responsible employees. He even tolerated our human size dogs!

  the watersoftner unit works as advertised billing dept is another story, enrolled in premium service and payment taken monthly but when serviceman delivers salt they sometimes bill me for the service call, i have complained to the billing guy over and over but keeps happening. fix it. After posting this review received a call from Chas at culligan assuring me that the problem will be fixed never too occur again, from previous dealings with Chas he is good for his word as billing error was corrected. if you need help with a problem Chas is the man. i would change my review to a 5 if i could figure out how to do that. should i call Chas?
