  My experience with Bob's air repair was excellent. I have two dogs that need to be contained either inside or outside while someone works on my AC. Steven was very flexible as I dealt with my dogs and I very much appreciate that. He was very clear explaining what needed to be done and what he did so that my AC will work and gave me a heads up to what I may be looking at in the future as I have a mice issue. I would call Bob's air repair again and ask for Steven if he is available.

  Bob's scheduled an appointment for my HVAC repair for the next morning, after my call. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor, and completed the repair in under an hour. He was very professional and efficient. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Bob's.

  They did a great job and it works awesome. It would have been nice to know that they shut off the natural gas to the whole condo so I could have relit the pilot light on the water heater when they completed the job instead of two days later when we had no hot water. But other than that we are very happy with the new HVAC.

  Woke up to my house being 81° at 2:30 am in July. I made sure the heater wasn't on, cause it was out of hand warm. I went to workout and came home an hour later to find it just as hot. I realized that the a/cup is not working, I could hear the intake working but the blower motor wasn't. After the world woke up we called Bob's And they said a technician would be there that day. He showed up tested the capacitor and saw that it was dead. He was carrying one in his van and replaced the bad one. He fired the unit back up and it starts working like a champ. No upsales, no maybe it is this, no maybe it is that, just here is the problem this is the fix and look at that cheaper then buying two window units to keep a couple rooms cool. 100% would recommend.

  Scott was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service he provided. Came out on a late Monday in the middle of this heatwave.... got it going. Thank you guys for coming out. Came out within 3 hours of me calling, and up and running the same day. He was thorough, and left me happy with everything. I've seen people complain about the cost of this or that, but they are fair and we all know, service calls on an AC unit are typically not cheap. I'm confident that my AC unit will be working well for a long time to come. Thank you guys. Tony M
