  I highly recommend MVP! Carlos, Oscar, and all of the guys were so helpful and trustworthy throughout the whole job. I appreciate being involved throughout the whole process, through showing pictures, videos, progress of work, etc. The job was finished before expected too! I will be using them again!   Gabriel was partna and he was cool and understood and patient and didn’t mind waiting on my dicision. Very much recommended to work on your plumbing. Did his job quick 10 mins or less he did it like he was the best. Thank you MVP for the service here in Lancaster .

  Update: Gabby from MVP reached out to me the next day to offer $1,500 off my $11,000 charge, reducing it to a total of $9,500, still high in my opinion but I do appreciate their willingness to go extra step to alleviate my concern. My situation was the second floor shower stall and bathtub's drain clogged and I already tried my 25ft snake to no avail. Contacted MVP and Anthony arrived next day, took a look and offered $120 to clear. After many attempts without luck, he called his boss (Oscar) who arrived a few hours later with camera to check on the ground's cleanout and offered $600 to hydrojet. Then he suggested another $2500 to punch a hole to exterior wall to locate the vertical pipe, clear the clog and put in a new cleanout. He left and Anthony started breaking holes after holes but couldn't locate the pipe. He gave up and came back with Oscar the next day to bump the total repair cost to $11,000 to get the clog cleared. He kept throwing out these numbers $120 all the way to $11,000 without explaining the details of the labor/materials (no clear communication). I got panicked as my walls were already broken in so many places with the pipe still not being located. I reluctantly accepted the charge to move forward. More holes were broken to finally see the pipe, called in another team to descale and put in a new cleanout. I'm happy to have the pipe cleared, of course. But I believe I was overcharged a lot given the amount of time/labor/material from MVP. I should have stopped and got a second professional quote/opinion before proceeding. I was very disappointed at the amount of holes (around 6 to 7 feet long) broken on my exterior walls just to find the pipe. Isn't professional supposed to use some kind of infra red camera to locate the pipes through the wall without the need to waste so many hours to break walls? And with that $11,000 the walls weren't patched anywhere close to original. They were rough and I'll need to buy paint to re-paint it myself.

  The company was great. Gabriel was the technician that came out. The 2 hour time frame is short unlike other companies. He was on time as promised. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly even replaced the necessary pipe at a very reasonable price. We have dogs and as they say if your dogs don’t like someone best to listen to them. One of dog Oliver didn’t even bark at Gabriel like he did with this other company technician. So we knew Most valuable plumber is a good company that you can trust. Gabriel was great he got Oliver’s stamp of approval : )
