As always, Edwin delivers outstanding, A+ customer care. All American Generator truly has the best technicians in town. We are always so happy to see Edwin's dedication and the effort he puts into delivering top-tier service. He never rushes; he takes his time to ensure every single part of the generator is thoroughly cleaned and serviced. We deeply appreciate his honesty, transparency, and work ethic. He also respectfully takes the time to answer all of our questions—and he never gets bothered if we ask the same things on repeat visits! He truly wants us to be informed, happy, and pleased with his work. Thank you, Edwin. You are absolutely the best! 👏🏼

I have worked with power generators for years, I know their value. I also know about power outages, they simply suck! The wife and I got tired of sitting in the dark during them, and during the last "Planned" outage I rented a generator. That worked out very well. At that point I said, I'm getting a Home Generator System. I looked into a number of companies that provide this kind of service and went with All American Generators. Tanner, their rep and I spent quite a while discussing what I needed, and multiple phone calls prior to installation getting it all nailed down. The day of the install, the crew showed up at 7a, got right to work and by 3pm, the system was installed. What a great crew, I was constantly asking questions due to the technical background I have, and they all were happy to see I showed so much interest, and had answers for everything. The team worked very well together, and I can respect a team that works as a team and gets the job finished efficiently and perfectly. The final price for everything was actually onlyabout $200 over my budget for a 26kW system, but that was OK by me!!! The city inspector showed up on time, PASSED all the work, and I am a Happy Camper! If any of you hate sitting in the dark as much as my wife and I did, check these guys out, they just might brighten your day!

After a failed attempt to have my generator serviced (my fault), Kani (scheduler) was able to squeeze me in at he last moment. Kevin Z. showed up and was able to navigate the locations of the transfer switch and generator on opposite ends of the property (requiring driving around the community to access both the front and back of our home, all while I was not able to be there.) The maintenance service was performed as attested by the mobile app. I have an annual maintenance contract with All American and highly recommend their service and competency.
