    Could care less about selling me carpet .. after being a repeat customer .. and would not take care of stretching my old 5 year old capet that looked horrible .. wanted to charge me 300.00 more . shame on them .. so I went to LOWES who beat there price buy quite a bit for new carpet in my new home . Sad experince sinse the owner past away .. son has no clue of what hes doing . : (

    Installation in my three-bedroom re-carpet job needed some return visits by their crew to correct some issues. Chip was responsive to my concerns and Jorge was efficient in making the repairs - he's just the person you want to attend to any problems. To me, the measure of good customer service is a company's response when things aren't quite perfect. Carpet Empire came through
