  They came out and help me with my plumbing needs. I was referred to them. I felt confident in my choice to have them fix my Roman tub faucet that wasn’t working and changed the faucet. They also are installing 2 vanities and I know they are going to do it right. So, I can be worry free. The office is very responsive and prices are fair. Highly recommend.

  When my air conditioner stopped working I asked a friend for a recommendation. She had just had Conner out to fix her's and was very happy with the service. Conner came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the options for repair. Thirty minutes later I had cool air again. Next time I need service I'm calling Veterans.

  We had a fantastic experience with Veterans Heating and Cooling. Nacho Acevedo and Johann Rodriguez handled our HVAC service and did an absolutely excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and highly skilled. It is rare to find technicians who are this thorough and dedicated to doing quality work. I highly recommend Veterans Heating and Cooling, and especially Nacho and Johann, to anyone in the Oceanside area looking for top-tier HVAC service! Call these guys if you want it done right.

  Beyond frustrating! I hired Veteran’s at the request of my tenants who couldn’t wait another day for a reputable HVAC company to come out and repair the AC. Veteran’s charged $500+ for a part I didn’t need and failed to fix the problem. When called back, the technician was already inebriated (drunk or high) and rude. I never received a report or invoice/receipt. I reached out to the company but they refused to respond to my concerns (took down my name and number, never called back). Finally, I never received an invoice/receipt or report from Veteran’s. In the end, I had the original company (Action Air) out, they identified the problem in minutes and fixed it for a fraction of what Veteran’s wanted to charge me (they had that classic “You need to completely replace ductwork” line.) What a waste of money to go with Veteran’s. I want my money back!

  We recently hired Veterans Heating and AC to install a new 5 ton AC outdoor unit with matching coil in our Vista home. While the scheduling shifted and there was a last-minute equipment substitution, the installation was flawless. During the install, our technicians, Johann and Ignacio aka Nacho, discovered leaks in our lineset. Will, our project manager, quickly coordinated a fantastic concrete subcontractor who cleanly opened and patched our sidewalk to make running new lines possible. Johann and Nacho worked tirelessly from 8:30am to 8:30pm, installing the new AC and coil, finding a clever way to conceal the new lineset through our garage attic. They were professional, meticulous, and made sure everything worked well before leaving. We ended up with an upgraded Carrier varable-speed heat pump. While we are still sorting out the final paperwork to match the new equipment for warranty purposes, Will was always willing to work with us to resolve issues. The 2-year Comfort Club membership is a nice bonus, too. Huge thanks to Johann and Nacho for their incredible 5 star workmanship and long hours.
