- NTNick ThatcherApr 23, 20261.0I hired Encinitas Glass to install a 3rd floor railing on a house i built in San Diego. When it came to install the glass railing, they put the glass in crooked. Yes crooked, when I asked there sales rep to correct the issue, he gave me the run around for over a month. In the end Encinitas Glass refused to correct the issue. I have to find another glass company to install all new panels. I have never seen a company this size screw up so bad. The fix is going to cost me over $18,000. Further more, the slim ball sales rep "todd" is so incompetent he didnt even look at the glass before demanding a check for the total balance of the job. I worker from the home depot parking lot would know more about installing glass then this guy. Save your self a huge amount of trouble and go with anyone else then these guys
