  I hired Encinitas Glass to install a 3rd floor railing on a house i built in San Diego. When it came to install the glass railing, they put the glass in crooked. Yes crooked, when I asked there sales rep to correct the issue, he gave me the run around for over a month. In the end Encinitas Glass refused to correct the issue. I have to find another glass company to install all new panels. I have never seen a company this size screw up so bad. The fix is going to cost me over $18,000. Further more, the slim ball sales rep "todd" is so incompetent he didnt even look at the glass before demanding a check for the total balance of the job. I worker from the home depot parking lot would know more about installing glass then this guy. Save your self a huge amount of trouble and go with anyone else then these guys

  I called Encinitas Glass to check if they could do some custom glass cutting for my antique collection. Marianne was very helpful and pleasant. The work was completed ontime and perfect. Sure made my day !

  Called at noon, dropped my window off an hour later. Picked up my window the next day! Great customer service, great company!

  In the past this Company had excellent service. Our experience now is extremely disappointed . It seems that they do not stay behind the products they deliver when you have a problem Telling us to contact the factory ourselves as being their customer is not the way to do business They lost a good customer.
