  I stopped at the San Marcos location, and spoke to a very knowledgeable Sales Associate. John Anthony Medina, he went beyond customer care. Even though he could not get me the product I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me in another direction after speaking to several people to verify my product was not available through them. Thank you agin for being so helpful and personable. I will definitely come in again when I am doing my next project and will refer John Anthony Medina to all my friends. Thank you again for employing such a great Sales Associate.

  HORRIBLE, horrible, Horrible service! Run the other way immediately!!!! Don’t even bother. Customer service is absolutely the worst! If I could give “-“ stars I absolutely would. Calling BBB on this company asap. I asked for a phone number to report the horrible service and the lady that was there, “Maria” gave the incorrect info. I wonder why? Ha! Don’t waste your time. Go with a company who cares not someone that’ll run you off the property!

  We just ordered new carpet from America's Finest Carpets on 2959 Manchester Ave. in Cardiff,92007. I can't wait until it's installed. We had a difficult time deciding which style and color would look best. Nicolette and Alex that work there were so helpful and patient with us. Picking out just the right carpet, it took awhile; but we made our final decision and are very happy with our experience.
