Daddario replaced our roof just in time for the Super El Nino, and they did a super job! They were very professional and amazingly fast, and they cleaned up after themselves so well it's hard to tell that anybody was walking all over our roof. The photos show before and after. We can already tell how much cooler and warmer our house will be, and we won't have to worry about leaks ever again!

Daddario Roofing Company did an exceptional job installing the Westcoat ALX Pro system on my new covered balcony in Santa Cruz. They far exceeded standard requirements by heat-welding and rolling the WP-40 membrane seams for perfect adhesion. Technicians Moises and Victor are true masters of their craft. They meticulously abraded the metal flashing, applied multiple laths, and expertly executed a custom-requested "sand" finish requiring precise grinding and extra material layers to achieve a perfectly flat, well-sealed and stunning look. Project leader Joe McNair runs a stellar operation. Thanks to his additional steps beyond Westcoat’s specifications, I am confident this deck will provide decades of waterproof service. I highly encourage you to use Daddario for flawless, long-lasting quality! There is no better Westcoat ALX Pro installer for your deck or balcony.

Daddario did a great job. We’re really glad we went with them. They were not the highest bid but very reasonable. We ended up having a great deal of dry rot and they really did a great job replacing it. They actually worked an extra day than planned. Antonio and the crew were very helpful and responsive to every detail on a house that was built in 1905.
