  I would highly recommend J & M to whoever needs glass work done. I had to get customized glass pieces for my work, and they were the first one willing to help me back in 2021. I have since been going back to them whenever I need customized cut glass. Their work is done nicely and promptly. The service has been excellent. Chris has been extremely professional and helpful every time.

  I sent a detailed email to request a quote for Andersen windows, then followed up twice, never got a reply. Fortunately I found another Andersen supplier in San Jose.

  Chris and the team at J&M windows are the best! I was in a pinch for a weird part and they got me all taken care of Lightning fast! They have a great showroom full of the best brands, and amazing customer service!!! Windows and doors are a big investment in your home's value, and trust me, you want a great local company like J&M helping you through that process and protecting that in the long run.

  Chris Young at J&M Windows and Glass is outstanding. I contacted J&M to purchase a replacement part for an Andersen patio door that was installed back in 2007 when my condo building was originally built. Chris quickly helped me diagnose what was wrong, identified the correct part, and ordered it for me without any hassle. When the part arrived, he personally called me to let me know. When I went to pick it up, he didn’t just hand it over—he took the time to walk me through exactly how to do the repair, which was incredibly helpful. After I got home, I realized I was missing several screws that the previous owner must have lost when the locking mechanism originally failed. I called Chris, and without hesitation, he told me to come by and he’d give me the screws for free. The reality is the parts I bought probably had only a couple dollars of margin, and if you factor in his time and the free hardware, he likely lost money on the transaction. He didn’t think twice about it. If you want honest advice, expertise, and someone who genuinely cares about helping you, give Chris your business. He’s the best.
