  Benjamin did an outstanding job installing water softener at my place! He was really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I appreciate how precise he is - the final setup is incredibly clean and professional with absolutely no patchy work or cut corners. Would definitely recommend De Anza Water Conditioning!

  We chose De Anza Water to install our system a year ago and are SO happy we did. The unit itself has worked flawlessly, and customer service is top notch. Today we had our annual check-up and Benjamin R was our tech. He was super nice, respectful of my home (asking about if he should take his shoes off), and went above and beyond to fix something minor I didn’t even realize had happened. He explained my bill thoroughly and was patient with all of my questions. Benjamin is amazing and an outstanding representative of De Anza water for us customers!

  Had an overall very good experience with this company. Felt like salesperson (Tam) was thorough, honest, and earnest as I asked questions and decided on my water softener system purchase. I felt adequately informed despite this mostly being foreign to me (other than knowing Campbell, CA water is rock hard, hence our desire to explore this). Our installer (Dylan) was excellent. He also continued to educate and answer questions as he progressed thru setting the system up at my home. The install is clean, the lines are nicely hidden, and things fit well both in my garage and under my kitchen sink. I was able to prepare & plan for the space ahead of time based on Tam’s directions. This company seems to earn their stellar reviews and I’ll pile on. Both my appointments were timely with texts/email reminders and status updates. The company does an annual checkup on your system. So far, impressed and pleased with my decision. I’ll potentially benefit from soft water more than I even realized when you consider the effect on your homes pipes, appliances, etc. with hard water buildup. There is some paying attention and maintenance you have to do so it’s not quite ‘set it and forget it’—but, seems reasonable and the instructions are pretty clear along with the annual checkup and 10-yr warranty, which are reassuring along with invitations to “call/text anytime with questions”. The receptionist (Angel) I spoke to at one point was also very nice. This company seems to have a good vibe/atmosphere/professional tone. Also appreciate that they’re local.
