  I called requesting someone come out and check the water level in my well. The appointment was made, then postponed by a day, and then on that day I got a call saying my well was fine, quoting the water level and the gpm, so they didn't need to come out. I asked for some documentation backing up what I'd been told and I was sent a report, made by Tanko, from 1998, for which they charged me $75. I wrote back saying that the report didn't assuage my concern about my water level as of today, and would still like it tested, and no one ever responded.

  My husband and I were so impressed by the ethics of this company and give them our highest rating. Our irrigation well pump quit working. The owner of Rumsey- Lang pulled our pump and then took the motor back to the shop for testing. Many owners would have wanted to sell a whole new pump to make more money. Not this young man. The owner of Rumsey- Lang Well Drilling took his time to test and diagnose the problem. He later explained that we did not have to replace the entire pump, but only its motor. This saved us several thousand dollars. He also found a significant leak in the line. I would highly recommend this company for not only their expertise, but for their ethics. J. Potor

  I’ve had Rumsey-Lang come out a couple of times. The first time I think his name was Gary, came out and went over everything with me, and answered all my dumb questions. Awesome service. Then a couple years later my water was having low pressure. Todd came out the other day and fixed the problem. Same as before, great service, answered all my questions, and even gave me advise for my baby coming soon. It’s a great feeling when you finally find a business that goes above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
