These people are horrible. They will sell you a Generator with promises of support and assistance then get belligerent with you and hang up on you when you request it. I have installed many generators and have never done business with someone so rude as Heidi. It's incredible that they are still in business with her attitude. I was very friendly and kind and certainly did not deserve her lashing out. Extremely unprofessional. She was short, abrasive and attacking. So I called King electric and solar in Auburn and as I suspected it was something very simple and within five minutes he had me up and running, over the phone, I might add. I am sure that Heidi will have a nice long factual, not my fault response as she did with the other negative review but bottom line is she has no call to be so rude with her patrons. She could have simply referred me to a tech. Instead of " you should have purchased it from Home Depot" and "I am sure it's installer error" and " I don't have time for this" and the most unprofessional act of hanging up on me. Funny how you can tell more about a company on how they respond to a bad review than all the good reviews combined. If they only put that much effort into their customer service.

I've used this company several times over the years for routine maintenance on my Generac generator and had no issues until this most recent experience. My generator, which was installed around 2012, developed a problem where it would not start properly or continue running. I understood that diagnosing and repairing an older unit could take multiple visits and that there was no guarantee the first repair would solve the issue. My problem was never with the technician who came out—he was professional. My issue was entirely with the office, specifically Heidi, and the lack of communication, billing transparency, and professionalism. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. It was difficult to get clear answers about what work was being performed, what was still wrong with the generator, and what charges were being incurred. I approved two service calls and two repairs over the phone based on the amounts I was quoted. When I received the final invoice, it was approximately $500 higher than the total Heidi had quoted me. When I called to discuss the discrepancy, instead of acknowledging the issue professionally, she became argumentative and admitted she "hasn't been that organized lately" and hadn't been billing correctly. I explained that it wasn't my responsibility to pay for work that had never been authorized. Her response was, "Well, what do you want me to do now? Come out and take the parts out?" She also laughed several times on the phone while saying "You know you have an old generator right!" That response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Everyone makes mistakes, but how those mistakes are handled says a lot about a company. A simple acknowledgment and willingness to resolve the issue would have gone a long way. The generator is still not working correctly I might add. Communication and accurate billing are critical when authorizing repairs, especially when the costs can add up quickly. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this company as long as Heidi is handling billing and service coordination. It's unfortunate because the technicians were fine, but poor office management completely overshadows this company.

Robert, did an exceptional job by installing 2 electrical outlets for our washer/dryer tower so that I could move this combo out of my entryway into a closet in our multipurpose room. My 66yr old home had alot of challenges for him to tackle, and he did; like a superstar!!!

Professional & Straightforward Our Generac home standby generator was installed in just one day, and the team was incredibly professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the setup was clean, and the system has been running perfectly. When our power went out for four days, the generator kicked on instantly and kept our entire home running without a single issue. Truly reliable and worth every penny.
