- MMMarkMay 9, 20265.0The Water Heater Co and their technician Ricky C. responded to my inquiry for a non-functioning navien tankless water heater, showed up within an hour of my inquiry, diagnosed the problem in addition to the incorrect installation of the unit, provided a clear summary of the three options to repair the unit and the installation, and then executed my requested repair of the same. All of this was done with remote access granted to the tech Ricky C. while I attended my daughter’s college graduation 60 miles away. My guests never knew he was there except for the hot water being readily available when they returned to the premises that evening. My guests were only without hot water during the morning before they left for the day. Reasonable price. Excellent response time. Great communication. Highly professional. Trusted with remote access and I never needed to be present, nor drive 30 miles to the house, nor miss any of my day’s plans. Highly recommend both The Water Heater Co. and their tech Ricky C.!

TWHC sent out their technician Shawn who set up a temporary water heater. Shawn was professional, answered all our questions and was very helpful in a difficult situation for us. Shawn indicated that he would return to complete our installation when our repairs were completed. After a week we asked Shawn to return and finish the job. He brought Carlos with him and both men finished an excellent installation very professionally. I enjoyed having both Shawn and Carlos here to painlessly get us through this repair. 5 stars to Shawn, Carlos and TWHC.

He clearly explained everything he found and walked me through what was needed, which I really appreciated. The cost ended up being a bit higher than I initially expected, but still significantly less than replacing the entire unit. Overall, the customer service—from the office staff to the technician—was solid and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Zach, who was the first contact I had, walked me through every single path with precision detail on what the technician would be doing once they arrived. Said tech, Mike, came out and within minutes had control of the situation. He talked me through again everything that he would be doing with the removal and installation.
