I was able to speak to somebody right away. Within just a few hours, the problem was assessed, the water heater was replaced, and the area was cleaned up. The technician Ricky was professional, polite, and obviously knowledgeable. They used good quality equipment and the installation was secure and professionally done. It did cost more than I expected, so if you’re looking for the most economical company, you may want to shop around. But if you want a high quality job, done expediently, with excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to call them.

After he did the inspection, he presented all the options he would recommend and thoroughly explained each option. He was very kind and did not push me in my decision making. I was pleased that he was able to install a new water heater the same day I called even though he had to work through the evening. After the installation, Mike took the time to explain all the work that was performed and tested the faucets inside my home to make sure the water was hot. It was a pleasant experience working with Mike and even my dog liked him a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend The Water Heater Company to family and friends.
