  These guys are the very best! Nate and Russel are amazing. They fixed our old furnace and got our ancient AC unit running again. They gave us cost comparisons to replace the old units vs fix what we have and we went with fixing what we had. They never tried to pressure us to choose the more expensive option, and even saved us money in the end by suggesting a less expensive fix the day of the work. We will definitely be calling them again when we inevitably have to replace these old units. Honest company and super knowledgeable and professional technicians. You can't go wrong with these guys!

  Gatewood is one of the most honest, helpful and conscientious businesses I’ve ever dealt with. My first experience was when I asked them to give me an estimate on a minisplit because I couldn’t keep my house cool in the summer. Shane investigated everything and discovered my problem was a disconnected duct under the house! So for the small cost of service visit instead of thousands of dollars for a minisplit, my problem was solved. My second experience was with a simple maintenance checkup on my AC unit. At that time, Jason told me the condenser coils needed to be cleaned to make the unit more efficient, which he did, and he showed me how to do it so I could keep them clean myself if I wished. So in two visits, all these guys have done is save me money!! I will forever sing their praises to anyone who asks.

  This entire experience from start to finish has been above and beyond amazing. I am very impressed with the communication and how professional everyone has been. I appreciate how both Shane Nuki and Nate Reese and Russell.ankele made everything understandable to me, and I truly feel like they had our best interest in mind. The techs really seemed like they knew what they were doing and went above and beyond In my opinion. You guys are definitely doing something right there at Gatewood and I will be recommending you even more so in the future when others ask.
