When my HOA unexpectedly denied the project for reasons outside Luxor’s control, they handled the cancellation fairly and provided a full refund of my deposit. Flooring is a significant investment, so it is important to work with a company you can trust. Luxor’s professionalism and customer service left a very positive impression. I would gladly return to Luxor for future flooring needs and recommend them to other homeowners.
