  Very thorough inspection and give professional advice on the issue, severeness of the issue and recommendation. They also offer speedy service when needed and it has been instrumental when we are deciding on home purchase. Highly recommend!

  10/10 Steven and Zem did a thorough mold inspection of our apartment, checking hard to reach spots and documenting everything as they went room to room with specialized equipment. They also arrived within the scheduled window, calling beforehand with an ETA which I appreciated. All of my immediate questions were answered, and now to wait for the lab results. Thanks again!

  We had an amazing experience with California Healthy Home Inspections & Remediation! They were able to come out very quickly and were incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. The inspection was extremely detailed, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, including the mold findings and the recommended remediation process. We were already dealing with a stressful situation, so having a company that was honest, knowledgeable, and patient made such a difference. They gave us clear information and options without making us feel pressured. We truly appreciate how quickly they helped us and the level of care they provided. Highly recommend them for both mold inspections and remediation!

  We hired California Healthy Home to conduct a mold assessment on our home. The inspection was very professional and thorough and their report was timely and as promised. We hired them to remediate in a couple limited areas of the home. Their remediation team was a very professional and very easy to work with and strong attention to detail. They even added an extra molding piece in a closet area which was nice. Once remediation was complete they took air and humidity samples to confirm remediation was successful and turned around their final report very quickly. The only thing that could have been improved was minor. In completing the deep cleaning a couple wires on our stereo were disconnected and a panel on our furnace was not put back on properly. Overall we are very satisfied with California Healthy Home and would not hesitate to use them again.
