  I couldn’t recommend them more! They were both absolutely wonderful—so kind, thorough, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. I truly appreciated their professionalism, patience, and kindness. Such a great experience from start to finish!

  After hearing about CA-HH from a friend, I contacted them to schedule a mold inspection and testing for my mother’s home. I had already received testing from two different companies, but I wanted a third estimate, and from a company that did both testing and remediation. CA-HH’s inspection was amazing. Zem and Stephen stayed for hours and were extremely thorough, inspecting the whole house, from top to bottom, and took many samples. They found mold in places entirely missed previously, including inside the refrigerator ice dispenser! I was so grateful. After getting the test results, I requested an estimate for whole house remediation, and ultimately chose them for the project. Communication and project coordination was through Bhavesh, who was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my many questions. The on-site remediation team was led by Brayan, who was also very friendly, professional and easy to work with. His team did an amazing, thorough job and left the house sparkling clean and looking great. Every bit of the house, not just the areas with mold, were thoroughly cleaned. CA-HH also did some small repairs around the house (ie new grout), and ultimately left us with longer term recommendations for keeping the house clean and mold free. Thanks to everyone at CA-HH for their hard work on this project, attention to detail, patience, flexibility, and great communication. Our project went smoothly from start to finish, and you made what was initially a very overwhelming project for me feel very manageable.

  We had an excellent experience with California Healthy Home Inspections and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the beginning, they were incredibly professional and communicative. They called ahead of time to make sure we had received their email explaining how to prepare for the inspection, and they called again about 15 minutes before arriving. The inspection itself was extraordinarily thorough. They spent about 3.5 hours at our home, carefully checking and testing every part of the house rather than focusing only on the areas where we already knew there were moisture concerns. They took the time to explain what they were finding, the extent of the problem, and their recommendations for what should happen next. What stood out most, though, was how supported we felt throughout the process. Dealing with moisture and mold in your home can be incredibly stressful, especially when you're worried about whether the appropriate repairs will actually be made and whether your home is safe for your family. They reassured us that they were now part of our team in making sure the problems were properly addressed and that any repairs would result in a safe living environment for our family. They were knowledgeable, kind, personable, and incredibly thorough. We came away from the inspection feeling much more informed and reassured about what needs to happen next. We are extremely grateful for the care they took with our home and would absolutely recommend California Healthy Home Inspections to anyone dealing with moisture or mold concerns.

  This was a waste of money. We paid for lead-paint testing, under the impression that they would know relevant places to test an old house that both might contain lead, and pose safety issues for children. The company tested 5 samples of the exact same drywall from different rooms that had been clearly redone in the last 20 years, and called the house lead-free, but skipped door jambs, window sills, and many other places with older paint. Get the do-it-yourself test at a fraction of the price and test the actual worry-areas.

  An Exceptional Experience with California Healthy Home Inspection & Remediation I am extremely grateful to the entire team at California Healthy Home Inspection & Remediation Inc. for the professionalism, expertise, and genuine care they demonstrated throughout our home remediation project. We found the company through a neighbor's referral, and from our very first interaction, we understood why they had earned such positive recognition. Zem and Stephen conducted a professional and scientifically thorough inspection, taking the time to explain their findings clearly and giving us confidence that we were working with people who understood the science rather than simply trying to sell us a service. We were particularly impressed by Bhavesh, whose knowledge of remediation procedure and protocols was exceptional, as well as his genuine compassion for our family's situation. The remediation crew, led by Brayan, was outstanding. From the beginning, the entire crew was professional, respectful, careful, and extremely thorough. They treated our home as if it were their own and worked diligently through multiple rounds of remediation and testing, paying close attention to the details and continuing to improve the results each time. What impressed me most was their commitment to doing the job correctly. The team carefully evaluated the testing results and continued working toward the best possible outcome rather than simply completing a prescribed amount of work. Throughout the process, I came to know and trust Zem, Stephen, Brayan, Bhavesh, Aziz, and the entire crew. They treated our family with kindness and patience during what was a very stressful situation. This project was especially important to us because our children were temporarily staying away from our home while the work was being completed. The team's dedication and persistence helped us move toward bringing our family home with confidence.
