  Zem and Stephan are absolute experts and professionals! Not only was their inspection so thorough, they shared so much information about mold and the process that I didn’t know while they were here. Additionally, getting an appointment scheduled was very easy - the gentleman I spoke with was informative and supportive in understanding what and why I needed the inspection done (daughter having health issues) and got me in quickly for the next available appointment that same week. I will be recommending them to anyone searching for support and testing for mold in their homes!

  I just finished a whole home mold remediation project with the California Healthy Home Inspections team. From top to bottom, they were top notch to work with, starting with Brian and Zeb in the inspection to Bhavesh and the remediation team. We started the project because we had bloodwork done for our daughter and mold was identified. We then used a third party kit to test her room and common areas and received a high mold score. We reached out to California Health Home to do an inspection, which they did promptly and thoroughly. The scores showed the problem areas and recommended remediation. They provided a quote for the full scope of work which we collectively worked on over a few emails and a call to tailor to our exact needs (removed some things, added others). Bhavesh then quarterbacked the remediation process, which we did over a week while we were on vacation. We were very happy with the team and would happily recommend them.

  The guys that came were great came to test the popcorn ceiling for asbestos in and out real quick great service
