  Christian Bravo came to clear the kitchen sink that was backing up constantly. We moved to this new home a month ago and noticed that the water drained very slowly. He took time out of his day on Saturday and snaked the drain over 75' to make sure the blockage was gone all the way to the main line. He was quick and very clean (wore booties on his shoes when he entered the home) and extremely professional. If you need home services I would specifically ask for Christian!

  Replacement water heater. Overall good experience. I would like to give Cameron and Eric 5 stars! They were both punctual, professional, and very courteous. Cameron was very thorough and gave me the breakdown on the cost and took his time. My only complaint was neither one could give me a straight answer on the warranty or guarantee for the work and/or the hardware. Eric was a real pro and kept everything clean and tidy and he was super nice to my family and myself as he worked very hard all day. They were Really great and caccia should give them praise and a big raise! Not joking! My reason for the 4 star rather than five is, I spoke with the person who answers the calls, I’m not sure if she is a dispatcher or office manager or other, but I had to repeatedly tell her my name, and even as I’m responding to this email it was still sent to me under the wrong name. That’s one thing… the other is, caccia charged me about $8,400 to replace my water heater and to remove and existing unit in the boiler closet (seems high to me) and I did get a quote from another company which was about a thousand dollars less but the other company could not match my timeline. I would definitely use caccia again, but I do hope their scheduler/ dispatcher can do a better job.

  Kameron came to help with adding a filter to an existing system. He noticed the messy installation (which had been done by another company), and spent over an hour reorganizing pipes and lines and attaching them to the back of the cabinet to leave me more room under the sink. I was so impressed by how cleanly he worked. He even left a mat on the bottom of the cabinet in case I ever have a leak, and put back everything. I consulted with him regarding another problem I have in the shower, and he willingly and patiently explained to me how to fix it myself. I will definitely continue to use Caccia Plumbing for any plumbing issues in the house.

  I was so impressed with the service provided by Caccia Plumbing! Jacob provided a prompt, detailed quote to replace a portion of our sewer lateral that was compromised & regularly backing up. Jacob described the project so we would know what to expect. Giovanni began by digging & accessing the underground pipe. The tree roots were extensive & there was an unexpected area filled with a concrete sand mixture that needed to be broken apart & removed. Giovanni explained that much of the previous work was not done properly, & certain pipe fitting materials did not meet the standards. Needless to say, this was a very challenging job. Giovanni worked tirelessly & persistently to ensure that the project was completed properly. He is truly a dedicated employee committed to excellence! Thanks so much! Heather Salas

  Omar and Cristian came over to take care of our backed up toilet. They are very friendly and have a positive attitude which is great to have towards customers. Omar had a tough job over here, but kept his positive demeanor all the way. The front office person Ida who took my initial call was very friendly and I really appreciate that. I really liked the text notifications so you know when the appointment time is and when they are en route. I feel that they value the customers time by doing this.
