After moving to LA two years ago, we went back and forth with numerous roofing companies trying to find the perfect fit for our forever home. Specialist Roofing completely came to the rescue. Noah provided an amazing initial offer, and once we signed, Grace from scheduling walked us through the entire process seamlessly. Our superintendent, Marco, was fantastic—keeping us constantly updated and beautifully coordinating all onsite operations with the installation and cleaning crews. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend them! -Ashley & Edwin M✨

Highly recommend Specialist Roofing! I called them for a minor living room leak repair, but after Shant explained the actual condition of the roof, I realized a full replacement was necessary. Daniel and Grace from the production department were amazing to work with—they handled all the city inspections and kept my wife and me updated in a group chat. Our superintendent, Marco, also did a fantastic job providing daily photo galleries and updates. Completely satisfied from start to finish!

I recently had my roof coated by Specialist Roofing, and all I can say is WOW! They did an incredible job from start to finish. If you need any roof maintenance or coating done, I highly recommend their team. Everyone was professional, respectful, and kept the property clean throughout the entire project. A special shoutout to the Project Manager, Marco, who played an amazing role; he provided detailed daily updates and answered all of my questions regarding the installation and curing process.

I can’t say enough good things about Aaron and the experience I had with Specialist Roofing & Repair. Aaron was exceptional from start to finish. He spent a tremendous amount of time thoroughly inspecting the roof and, rather than just giving me a list of recommendations, took an incredibly detailed video that walked me through exactly what he was seeing. Being able to actually see the different areas of the roof and understand what needed attention—and why—was invaluable. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable, patient and transparent Aaron was. I had a LOT of questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them, walk me through the different options, and explain what should be addressed now versus what could be monitored or handled longer term. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into a particular solution. As a relatively new homeowner trying to understand the condition of the roof and make smart decisions about maintaining it, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Aaron gave me a level of confidence and understanding that I simply didn’t have before the appointment. Aaron is an outstanding representative of the company and someone I would recommend without hesitation. His professionalism, expertise, communication and genuine commitment to helping the customer understand their options really stood out. Five stars all around.

The crew at Specialist Roofing applied a 2 layer silicon roofing system to a two building flat roof. Their prep work was meticulously done and good attention to detail. Marco the PM on the job was great. I had concerns with numerous satellite dishes and wires on the roof. He followed up and made sure the wires were suspended out of the way while the work progressed. We never had issues with the dishes on the roof. Marco provided detailed pictures as the work progressed, and nice drone shots of the roof upon completion. The crews kept the property clean and tidy during the week. The job completed in under 4 days with excellent results.
