  Roof Repair Specialist did solid work on the actual roof replacement; the installation passed inspection and came with an Owens Corning warranty, which I appreciated. However, the experience beyond that was frustrating enough that I can't in good faith recommend this company to any of my friends or family. After the roof was done, I reported gutter damage that needed to be addressed as part of the same wind damage claim. Getting a response became extremely difficult. Emails went unanswered for extended periods and scheduling the gutter work took months longer than it should have. Even Aida, their billing contact, acknowledged 'all the delays' in writing. During this period, their representative Andre verbally offered me a credit in person due to the inconvenience caused by the delays. That credit was never honored. The billing process was equally frustrating. Rather than continuing to engage with me to resolve a dispute I had clearly communicated in writing (and which I had proposed a specific resolution for) they went silent and sent the account to collections. The matter was ultimately resolved exactly as I had suggested in my emails all along, making the entire collections episode entirely unnecessary and avoidable. I was left to chase communications between their team and my insurance company on my own throughout this process, which is far more than a homeowner navigating an insurance claim should have to manage. To their credit, Chris ultimately worked with me to reach a fair resolution, and the gutter work was completed. But the amount of effort required on my end was far beyond what it should have been. If you hire them, get everything in writing and stay on top of communication.

  Specialist Roofing & Repair and especially their consultant Noah is our go to for roofing services. We worked with Noah during our home inspection and he proved to be the most thorough and polished professional we worked with. His personable nature immediately put us at ease and showed his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Our roof had several areas of concern, and he communicated everything clearly and knowledgeably highlighting all of the risks and recommendations. He even made a detailed video on the spot during the visit to walk us through his findings which proved valuable during negotiations with the seller. Later Noah returned to help troubleshoot several leaks during heavy rains. He again demonstrated his commitment and attentiveness and methodically tracked down the source of the leak and presented solutions. We absolutely plan to work with Noah and Specialist Roofing & Repair again. Noah truly cares and gets the job done in a clear, educational, and professional way.

  This review is for a strong recommendation for Roof Repair Specialist (and Aaron who worked with us). Our home had some roof gutter and roof shingle damage from the last windstorm, and needed some repair. We chose Roof Repair Specialist because #1 Aaron provided great customer service during the estimation/quote process, and of course #2 they had a competitive bid for the work. During the whole process Aaron and his team was very professional and informative. He is even used a drone to capture harder to see areas of our roof and gutters, and after the work was completed the company also sent us a package via email of the pictures including the "after" pictures of the roof after the work was complete. They also helped us clean our existing gutters as well. We are currently happy with the work that Roof Repair Specialist did on our house. If you are looking for a vendor for roof repair, I would suggest also contacting Roof Repair Specialist for a bid!

  Worked with Bo to recently asses my roof in Burbank and discuss repairs. Bo was very detailed in his review and clearly communicated to me what needed to be done and the steps we could take to get there. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Specialist Roofing. Highly recommend!
