Our water tastes amazing! We were shocked at the difference in taste. The office was awesome with scheduling, reminders and letting us know when Ty would be arriving. Ty did a fantastic job on the installation and went over everything with us and answered more of our questions before he left. On site tech said they would get back to me within a few days. I had not heard back after about two weeks and called for options/estimates. As a matter of fact I called several times each time they took my name and number, promised a call back, but I never received a return call. I have since gone with another company and a new system will be installed. A missed opportunity for a sale and continued service.
