My most recent installation with Jonathan Morales went great. He was on time very professional, neat and clean and even with the extra mile to run a new line to my refrigerator icemaker while he was at my home highly recommend them.
- MVMaxwell Villalba-MexiaJul 31, 20265.0Failed to properly install the RO system with the correct number of filters. To make matters worse, I got back from a week long camping trip and the water safety system tripped. Thank goodness that worked and prevented a potential flooding of my kitchen. But upon inspection, I see the connections are dripping. UPDATE: I was rooting for this because I’ve had great interactions with everyone associated with this product. Friendly technicians and staff. They immediately came over and remedied the problem. Hoping it stays fixed but I know if something is still not perfect, they’ll come out to fix it.
