I've had a great experience with Nicholas and his team at Bailey Roofing. We had them conduct a roof inspection before a recent house purchase and their write up was detailed and easily understandable to a layperson. We then used them for the recommended roof repairs that had come up in their inspection and his team was professional, timely, efficient, and they took great care in doing the job well and leaving the site clean afterwards. I appreciate their flexible payment options and ability to pay with Zelle.

My roof was in bad shape. I discovered a leak in my roof. Out of the 4 contractors I contacted, Bailey's Roofing gave me the best option and pricing. They did an excellent job. I am a new homeowner and I know the best decision for me and my family.

Baileys roofing is one of those companies that just shine with excellence. I had a simultaneous experience where reroof was installed then had my home painted. Painters did some roof jeopardizing damage then lied about it. They blamed roofers for problem. When I contacted Baileys about damage Nicks guys did a such solid job with installation and had documented all work by paper and by video. This kept Baileys off the hook and saved me from potential future damage with great cost. I appreciate all their hard work , a through job and their honesty! Great experience Nick and Team! Thank You.

Nicholas and his team are still the absolute best! They completed a full roof replacement for us in June and the finished product is stellar. Huge projects like this are always nerve wracking, but Nicholas put us completely at ease. I was familiar with his work, as he replaced skylights at our old house several years ago and did a fantastic job. He and his team are true professionals and treated our property like it was their own, cleaning up every single day before leaving, checking in with me by text, sending photos and calling as needed because part of the job was completed while we were out of town. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Bailey's Roofing. Secondarily, Nick recommended applying flashing around our roofline to deter damage we had been incurring from relentless woodpeckers. We immediately noticed a marked decrease in activity and now those pesky birds aren't damaging our roof. When you hire Bailey's you're getting professionals who thoroughly understand the business. This was a huge value beyond the very competitive and fair price we paid. Highly recommend! Shout out to Xavier and the team for always being so nice and easy to deal with during the process too.
