  I highly recommend this company. They replaced my parent's roof back in 2017 and did an awesome job. Nick, the owner responds quickly and the price is reasonable. Also, his team are respectful and work hard.

  Nicholas and his team are still the absolute best! They completed a full roof replacement for us in June and the finished product is stellar. Huge projects like this are always nerve wracking, but Nicholas put us completely at ease. I was familiar with his work, as he replaced skylights at our old house several years ago and did a fantastic job. He and his team are true professionals and treated our property like it was their own, cleaning up every single day before leaving, checking in with me by text, sending photos and calling as needed because part of the job was completed while we were out of town. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Bailey's Roofing. Secondarily, Nick recommended applying flashing around our roofline to deter damage we had been incurring from relentless woodpeckers. We immediately noticed a marked decrease in activity and now those pesky birds aren't damaging our roof. When you hire Bailey's you're getting professionals who thoroughly understand the business. This was a huge value beyond the very competitive and fair price we paid. Highly recommend! Shout out to Xavier and the team for always being so nice and easy to deal with during the process too.

  We were in need of a new roof as we discovered a leak on the last rainfall in the Spring of 2026. We called several roofing companies and received several quotes. Nick was very professional and had the experience and answers to all of our questions. We have water solar on the front of the house and electric solar on the back of the house. The project was overwhelming, but Nick was very confident and was able to answers all of our questions. We were given a date and time his crew would be here and they were here right on time. The crew was professional and cleaned up every day at then end of their work day. The total project only took a week and that included our solar company taking the solar panels down and replacing them. Bailey's Roofing company removed and reinstalled the water solar. Everything turned out perfect and we are 100% completely satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of replacing their roof or in need of repairing a roof.

  Great contractor to work with! Nick Bailey communicated and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. His crew was kind and courteous and extremely hardworking. They cleaned up each day and did a great job of maintaining a safe and clean jobsite at my home. They did run into some unforeseen conditions with the underlayment/plywood that was 60 years old, thin and brittle. Nick contacted me immediately, purchased new plywood and had his crew installing immediately. This prolonged my project a couple of days but Bailey's kept a full crew, worked through this challenge with ease. I now have the confidence that I have a good, solid roof along with new shingles, roof caps and vents painted to match. They even pulled down an old antenna and Satellite dish and disposed for me at no added charge. 10/10 for Nick and his entire crew. I highly recommend Bailey's Roofing.

  This is the second time we have used Baileys Roofing and we are so happy with the results. Previously we had a roof tile repaired and they came out right away in the rain to fix it! So thankful! This time we had our gutters cleaned, we had several leaks in the gutters that were patched and the downspout recut to fit against the home. Nick with Baileys roofing was very easy to get a hold of and the company is very professional. We would recommend them to anyone with roofing needs!
