  The technician came to fix slow drain in the kitchen. He tried snake for about 15-20min and was not able to get it work. He told me to pay $195 for the service and his supervisor will come by with camera and give another try. Next day, supervisor came by, did not try nor used camera and just glanced over slow drain and recommended me I need clean up installed and hydrojet for $1800. I initially okayed but later declined the service, I ended up hiring another plumber who fix the issue with same snake (took 1.5 hr). I requested the Rooter Company for refund for initial service, and they declined. Do not bother using this company

  The technician came on man under one hour from the call from the office to verify information I put in the website. He was professional did a great job on price and explaining the issues w my main line. The only issue I have is w the AI assistant first the fake typing sound is very very annoying none has clickity keyboards any more and if they do they would probably hit them w a sledhammer. BUT Push through the AI assistant you get a human that does a great job. All in all I am hoot w the service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service — Highly Recommend The Rooter Company! I had an outstanding experience with The Rooter Company from start to finish. I spoke directly with the owner, Mark, who was awesome—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure the job was done right. Mark sent out Frankie and his crew to handle the plumbing for my kitchen remodel, and they did a stellar job. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of their work was excellent, and the entire process went smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company where the owner takes pride in the service being provided and the crew delivers at that same high standard. Frankie and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional plumbing company that does quality work and stands behind its service, I highly recommend The Rooter Company. Five stars all around. I’ll definitely be calling Mark and his team again for any future plumbing needs!

  We were very happy with the service from the Rooter Company. Tyler came out and diagnosed the issue he could see at the time. Marcelino and Christyan did the manual labor and uncovered further issues which Tyler came out and investigated further. What started out as a semi small job ended up being much more intensive than thought due to cracked and broken pipes. We can’t thank Tyler, Marcelino and Christyan enough for their dedication, professionalism and clean up each day. They did a great job! Helga H

  TRC came out to clear two drains and couldn’t clear either one. Instead of getting the job done, they called in the camera guy and then told me my pipes were too old to clear and that I needed a REPipe at 18k. I called my brother, who used to clear drains for a living. He came over and cleared BOTH drains easily. That tells me everything I need to know. A good drain technician takes pride in being able to clear a difficult drain. TRC couldn’t do it, then tried to turn a simple drain-cleaning job into an expensive repipe that I clearly did NOT need. If my brother could clear both drains without a problem, why couldn’t the professionals I was paying do it? In my experience, this felt a lot more like an upsell than a legitimate diagnosis. I would think twice before trusting TRC with a major repair recommendation.
