  Miguel Mendez was our technician today for plumbing issues we’ve been having. He was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, showed my husband the video of the pipes and why he recommended the hydrojet service, and then quoted us a very reasonable price. He also helped us with a secondary issue we were having in our restroom shower and let us know how to prevent that issue moving forward. We highly recommend Miguel and Service Champions for any plumbing needs.

  THIS IS A REVIEW CONCERNING THE STAFF WHO TAKES YOUR CALLS. I HAVE USED SERV. CHAMP FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND FROM THE FIRST CALL I NOTICED HOW PLEASEANT IT WAS TO TALK TO THE PERSON TAKING THE CALL. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN KNOWLEDGABLE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE TECHNICIANS WHO I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ARE THE SAME. RECENTLY I CALLED AND SPOKE TO RHONDA AND SHE RESOLVED AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. SHE WAS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY AND IT WAS COMFORTABLE KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES.   Frank was amazing! Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, honest, no sales pressure. The 1 star is for him! The girl who took my call needs to work on her customer service & had me waiting on hold for way too long. When I suggested she just call me back she miraculously figured it out. Steve, Frank’s manager, was pushy, visibly annoyed, & pretty much useless. He wouldn’t give me any ballpark numbers without sitting down to talk to me & my husband. Guess some men still just don’t want to deal with women. I’m too old & tired for that BS. The other company who came out the day before had no problem giving me rough estimates with an immediate follow-up email to explain in detail & confirm. Bye Steve.

  I had an excellent experience with Domingo and Josué from Service Champions during the installation of my new AC system. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and efficient, and worked for several hours without disrupting my work or meetings. The installation went very smoothly, and they took the time to make sure everything was working properly and to explain the thermostat and system to me before leaving. They were also very careful, organized, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. Everything is working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the installation. I highly recommend Domingo and Josué. Thank you both for the excellent service!

  We had an outstanding experience with Service Champions. Our A/C went out late in the afternoon on one of the hottest days of an ongoing heat wave, and we were worried we'd be waiting days for service. Instead, they answered the phone right away and had technicians at our home first thing the next morning. The team quickly got our A/C running again, and after discussing the system with us, we decided to have them address several additional issues that could have become much bigger problems down the road, including some that could have affected our health. The project was going to take several days and involved multiple crews. Every single team that came out was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable,—even while working in a brutally hot attic. They communicated well throughout the process and completed everything within the timeframe they promised. We're extremely happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service from start to finish. We highly recommend Service Champions to anyone looking for a company that is responsive, honest, and committed to doing the job right.
