  Our AC unit was over 20 years old and on its last leg. I reached out to Service Champions because they have handled our maintenance for many years. The salesperson was awesome. Very low-key and no pressure. He explained all the options and the advantages of each. The install could not have gone smoother. Both techs were polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They kept me up to date as the install progressed and even pointed out a situation that needed my attention. We discussed the issue, and they resolved it beyond my satisfaction. Overall, I would give the entire process 10 stars, but we are limited here to only 5.

  I have been a member of Service Champions for over a decade now and they continue to be the best of the best. I get all my HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repairs done by them, and they are consistent with their level and quality of service and workmanship. I haven't left a review for anyone in particular, but after my last HVAC check-up, I want to especially recognize Miguel Valdez. He was not only friendly (as all their team members are), but Miguel was extremely detailed and thorough with the two systems we have, one of which is very old and literally hanging on for dear life. After Miguel's visit, I am confident I can squeeze out a little more life in my older unit. I also don't normally ask for a favor (their "act of kindness"), but this time, I had two lights go out in my vaulted ceilings and Miguel immediately went out of his way to change out the two lights. This was after a long service call to begin with! I'm sure he was looking forward to going home for the day, but without hesitation, Miguel helped me out with something that I haven't been able to get to for months. Thank you so much, Miguel! I really appreciate you!

  My plumbing inspection expert listened to all of my concerns and set up a plan to fix them. I was very impressed at how he thought to save me money and fix my clogged galvanized pipe. Both He and his supervisor explained everything and made sure the work was done quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had really good experience with Service Champions. They were thorough with their cleanup.

  First of all, I feel like I was somewhat pressured into signing with this company. I was told if they could do the work the very next day they would knock something off the price. It was my fault at this point that I jumped into a decision too soon. I had seen a lot of ads on TV for this company and thought they were reputable. They said I had 24 hours to change my mind but that they were going to load the truck that very day and they wouldn’t be happy if I changed my mind. When I was told the price would be in the neighborhood of $33000 I had second thoughts. So when the installers arrived the next morning I told them I thought the price was outrageous and they admitted that their company was high but “they had a good reputation “. One of the installers said he would call his boss and tell him that I was unhappy with the price and that the boss would probably call me right back, which he did. At that point, he did knock off a few more hundred dollars, which brought me to a little over 32,000 I still thought that was very high, but I was so frustrated at that point I just told him to go ahead. I have no complaints about the work but I feel like I could have saved several thousand dollars if I had gone with another company. After the work was completed, I signed a contract to get maintenance done yearly. A week later I started getting texts every single single day telling me to call and make an appointment for a maintenance. Why would I need a maintenance on something that had just been installed a week before. So I canceled the maintenance agreement and went with another company. Like I said I somewhat blame myself. I am a recent widow and they knew this and I feel like I got stiffed. I have the Nextdoor app on my phone and someone complained about the same thing and there were 15-20 comments agreeing that this company is way overpriced. It asks at the bottom of this review how much I paid for my service and they only go up to $2000. I wonder why. I don’t know how this company stays in business.

  Ruben Gutierrez and his crew from Service Champions did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system and furnace. Ruben arrived right on time and walked us through the entire process before getting started. They worked diligently all day, and Ruben kept us updated on their progress, finishing exactly when promised. After a thorough cleanup of the work areas, he took the time to explain everything we needed to know and encouraged us to call if we had any further questions. We are incredibly happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend Service Champions for any residential heating and cooling needs.
