Shout out to Service Champions! I just got off the phone with their support team and had an amazing chat with Mark Diaz. He was down to earth, helpful, informative and was the ideal balance between corporate professionalism while still feeling like I was catching up with a neighbor. The call left such an impression on me that I had to take the time to come on here and leave this 5 star review. I will admit, I don't know much about the rest of the team or the company, but if they are anything like Mark, then you will be in good hands. Thanks Mark! God bless you and have an awesome Friday!
I requested an HVAC service appointment for a home, and the company ran me around in circles, causing me a lot of stress, time, and possible loss of a client. They canceled my HVAC appointment over the phone twice on two different days. Then the third cancellation really upset me. I had the owner of the home call Service Champions to give approval for the appointment several days in advance, and they still canceled the appointment upon arriving at the house, on the day of the appointment. Horrible customer service. I will never understand why this company operates the way it does, but they need to change their operations and policies. I did everything that the three scheduling staff asked of me. They also showed up outside of the scheduled appointment window without notifying me (only to then cancel). Find another company if you're looking for someone to service/inspect your HVAC or plumbing systems.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend!
David was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain the issue he found with our A/C system in a way that actually made sense. He quickly and accurately identified a dead capacitor and replaced it, which immediately improved our system’s performance.
Our A/C was technically working before, but now it’s working noticeably better — the air temperature at the vents dropped by an additional 10 degrees after the repair. Because the system is cooling more efficiently now, it should also help reduce our electricity bill since the A/C won’t have to run nearly as long. In addition to the repair he also cleaned and serviced my HVAC system.
On top of that, David also let us know about a current promotion they were running, which saved us some money. I even did a quick internet price check afterward, and it really was a good deal.
All in all, I’m completely sold on their service. If you use this company, ask for David — he was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping us. Thank you again, David!
Joshua - the technician scheduled maintenance for the plumbing at my house on Sunday April 26th. I did a thorough check around my house, cleaned/drained the sink and bathtub, checked the pipe around the toilet, water heater, washer, kitchen sink, etc... make sure there is no leakage. He also advised that our water pressure are high and recommended to install the regulator to help reduce the water pressure in the house and the cost is decent and gave me a discount so I agreed for him to install. He's very friendly, nice and cared. The next day I had a little concerned where the water filter was installed by other vendor, I called Service Champion, they sent Joshua back to my house. Again, he checked very well made sure there was no leakage then called 2 of his Managers to get their advised/opinioned. He just want to make sure what he thought are corrected. He then explained to me. I would love to see Joshua again in the future. I also introduced Josh to my neighbor hope they can be Service Champion member some days when they need help not just the plumbing but, with the AC system as well.

Cameron arrived at the designated time and was very thorough explaining the process before he began, informing of his findings after.
Regarding the Service Champions rewards program-we will be canceling our participation in the Champs rewards program due to several facts
1. We enrolled in the rewards following our heating and a/c maintenance appt on 12/11/2025.
2. Beginning in approximately Feb 2026 I started receiving multiple calls per week that our plumbing heating and a/c review. I ignored most of the calls due to a usually busy period. The few times that I did take the call, I was advised to press an option to schedule now- when I pressed the option I was put on hold, I hung up.
When the calls got so frequently annoying I called to schedule plumbing review, was forced into the a/c review because it was”part of the rewards process”. I even told the person that we had just had it 3 months ago, but the reply was you may as well get it as it’s part of the program and they asked if I was having any plumbing issues. I told them that the downstairs toilet did not fill back up without holding down the handle. They replied that the plumbing reviews were only inspections and a plumbing inspection would have to be scheduled at a later date. That inspection is scheduled for next week.
Back to Cameron who was polite and on time. He checked the air flow and asked if we felt the air flow was good. I said yes. He said that’s not what I’m seeing a good air flow would be blowing my hair out of place. (If so I’m glad our air flow is not good because I don’t want to live in a wind tunnel).
He completed his inspection and sat down with us and explained that our unit was built in 2012 and but our vents were deteriorated from age and he wants to bring his manager in to give us a good price on replacing our vents. We asked how much it would cost to replace the vents - he couldn’t give us a. Exactly estimate but said it would be about what we paid for out system back in 2012. My husband & I could not remember exactly what we paid but we estimated it around 6k to 7k. Cameron disputed that and said a system with furnace and A.c unit probably cost about 15k in 2022. I found the receipt and showed him it was $5,700. He asked was it done by someone that we were friends with, I said no but it was a referral from a friend. After looking at the receipt he said that we were not charged labor I pointed out to him the line item that indicated 1,428 for labor. We told Cameron that we wanted to get other estimates in addition to what his manager would provide. He then indicated that he would not want to waste the managers time unless we were certain that Service Champions was going to do the job.
He put everything back together and politely said goodbye.
My husband called the company Airdyne who installed our system in 2012. The man came the following day a provided us an estimate to replace the vents for $3,899.
