I interacted with Jordan and Johnny at LJ Kruse and both were professional and friendly. Johnny answered my questions regarding the hydronic portion of my system. Jordan answered my questions regarding the air condition portion of my system. Both Johnny & Jordan made the entire process seamless and quick and I appreciate their help Huge thank you to Jordan and Johnny I will be working with LJ Kruse again, thanks!
- KYKaren YuJun 24, 20265.0Very happy with the service from Greg Stanwood at Kruse! I needed my leaky toilet replaced and asked Kruse to send a plumber to take a look. Greg came by and provided options for replacing parts or the whole toilet. He took measurements so I knew exactly what size toilet to get and told me what to look out for in an installation. I ordered a toilet and today Greg came by to install it. Greg had the old toilet removed and installed the new one in one hour. The flapper initially wasn’t working correctly and Greg walked me through what he was seeing. He eventually figured out what was wrong and stayed until he was sure the new toilet was working properly. Greg took great care in his work. I highly recommend!

- LHLinda S. HendersonJun 16, 20265.0Greg and his assistant did an excellent job tracing the blockage to my bathroom sink and to my neighbor’s sink nextdoor. They had it completed in about 30-45 minutes. Another plumber a few days earlier couldn’t find the blockage and recommended tearing out the adjoining wall to find the blockage. Greg knew exactly the right kind of swivel head to use on the plumbing snake to get around a fixture inside the pipe to get to the blockage: a huge hairball! Can’t thank them enough! Btw, they cleaned everything up!
