He reviewed the situation with my current heat pump, and very openly discussed the potential solutions and pitfalls ahead. When he left I felt that I would be treated fairly … and I was 100% validated in that belief. He did his research, and checked with his management before making me any promises. I feel fortunate to have found this team!!

- SMSteve MannJul 27, 20262.0Kruse used to be really good about telling us what they were going to do, contacting us when they got to the location (rental property), explaining the options, and telling us what they did. Now all they do is send us a text to fill out this review with absolutely no information about what they did. Their communication skills are going downhill really fast. So I have no idea what the technician did. Maybe somebody will contact me and tell me what happened after they read this review. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. We would stop using them all together if it wasn’t so hard to find a competent plumber. They used to be better.
