- VLVirginia Layton2 days ago5.0I have used LJ Kruse for many years. They have slways sent out extraordinary trade professionals. Johnny has serviced my gas boiler/radiant heating system for a few years and he is excellent. He works carefully and is very patient with my questions. I cannot recommend this company and their professionals enough. Johnny being one of their best.
- KPKarin Patubo-Tran4 days ago5.0JP is great! LJ Kruse is great! JP is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us what he needed to replace, showed us a video of our other issue and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We will be using them again with no hesitation. Thank you again for scheduling us right away.
- SCshane carter4 days ago5.0LJ Kruse was everything you hope for in a plumbing company. The person who came to do the estimate (Carlos) was patient, clear in all his explanations, and answered my questions in a very straightforward way. The person who did the work (Kevin) was also calm, competent, and gave helpful explanations about everything. Would 100% hire them again.
- ASAndrea SafirOct 27, 20265.0J.P. arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation and quickly fixed my clogged kitchen sink. He was competent, worked with attention to cleanliness and fixed the problem. A+
- GHGrace HsiungOct 16, 20265.0Miguel was great! My emergency water valve to my fridge broke (and I was replacing my current fridge which couldn’t be done until the valve was fixed). I appreciate that he explained how everything came together and also disclosed pricing before committing to anything. I’m also grateful for Amber, who was able to bump my appointment up a day. Definitely would recommend!
