- JMJeff Mannie1 day ago5.0Rented some portable heaters from Herc Rentals Benicia in connection with a “less than optimal” rental matter. And, while renting a couple of heaters is no big deal; what was a big deal was how helpful Shannon was throughout the entire experience. These days, good solid customer service is increasingly hard to find. Many people are just doing the bare minimum and trying to get by; but my experience with Herc, and Shannon in particular, was that old school “l’m truly here to help and partner with you to solve your challenges” kind of customer service. It made me realize how much I miss that, and how special it is these days when you find it. She truly went “above and beyond” on more than one occasion throughout my time working with them. She didn’t just follow the book, or hide behind policies or procedures, she, on her own without me even having to suggest or ask, got creative and found ways to make a challenging experience with our rental needs better. And, she consistently followed through on her commitments and promises. In my experience these days, that is something to take the time to shout out and appreciate! I’m confident you will find you are in good hands with Shannon and Herc no matter what your rental needs might be.
