  David and Martin were amazing! They took there time evaluated my home and AC unit and was able to correct all issues I had in the home. They are super clean wore protective gear and set up mess mats to protect my floors and carpet. Thank you guys for your professionalism and amazing expertise!

  We have been having EHA do HVAC service for several years now, but since Martin started coming, we started feeling very confident that we are in good hands. He’s very nice, listens to our questions and concerns, is extremely thorough in his work, and does a great job explaining the results and what they say about the state of our system. He has also made some great suggestions about ways we can upgrade, but never comes across like he’s trying to sell us something we don’t need. We will definitely be requesting Martin for future services!

  We just had our AC/HVAC system installed by Environmental Heating & Air Solutions and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installer Dino was professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain things clearly. He arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently until the job was completed and made sure the installation was done correctly. The quality of workmanship was excellent and he cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. We highly recommend this company.

  My old AC unit from 1992 finally died and it was completely beyond repair. My wife and I took it as an opportunity to replace the whole setup, including the furnace and ductwork, since everything was the same age. We live in Napa, and the summers here are sweltering, so a working system was desperately needed. We got quotes from over a half-dozen places. As you can imagine, pricing was all over the place. I felt best going with Environmental Heating and Air Solutions because of the work put into their quote, and the fact that they did not try to upsell. Matthew Cunningham from Environmental Heating and Air Solutions came to check out the house. I appreciated how much time and thought he put into his recommendations. He was also one of only a few people who actually climbed into our crawlspace and attic to see what was truly needed for duct replacement and efficiency. After reviewing our existing setup, Matthew sat down with my wife and I to discuss our options. It did not go unnoticed that Matthew was also only one of a few people to include my wife in the discussion and not just default on talking to the husband. Matthew gave us his honest recommendations and emailed us a detailed quote on the spot. Unlike others, Matthew did not recommend the highest priced or most complex setup. He listened to what we needed, what we didn't need, and tailored a setup that fit accordingly at a reasonable price. There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. We ended up choosing a Lennox system with a heat pump, two-stage furnace backup, and all new ductwork. The installation crew showed up right on time on the scheduled date. They worked incredibly hard over the next two and a half days to demo our old system and install the new one. The install team was top notch. Everyone was polite, respectful, and efficient. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. My old furnace was located in a tiny closet with framing that prevented it from being extracted. The team went the extra mile by spending considerable time carefully pulling out the wood framing and door so it could be reused once the install was complete. The team lead, Youcef, was fantastic about keeping me in the loop. He always let me know their timing, what they were tackling next, and how the progress was coming along. I also appreciated how Environmental Heating and Air Solutions is an approved contractor through California's GoGreen program. Replacing a whole-house HVAC system is not cheap, but GoGreen provides financing terms up to 15 years at a very low interest rate, which is helpful. Overall, I am very pleased with the work Environmental Heating and Air Solutions did. This new setup is a massive upgrade over our old one, and it feels amazing to have a working system again.
