  When your AC is going out - You get 3 quotes. Our first quote - the technician immediately said - replace the ENTIRE system. The 3rd technician said, "keep pushing refrigerant until it dies". With the timeline he gave us, it would likely happen in the dead heat of August - not an option. I found the # to Costco's HVAC folks and EH&AS sent Angel 2 days later. Scheduling was super easy. Angel walked us through what was happening with both units. He gave us scenarios and showed us pictures and video of our AC unit clanging metal against metal when it shut down. Coils were leaking and compressor was going out. It didn't look good. Chris came and talked with us about cost, discounts and Costco rebate shop cards. There were no pressure tactics. Chris investigated one of the units further and he realized, what we had upstairs didn't need to be replaced - they could still use it! He doubled checked it and saved us a lot of money. At every turn, he was looking out for us. It felt like they had teamed up with us. After install, we were good for 3 days and then the thermostats went out. I texted Jeff (he and Freddy installed what we needed) and thanks to Chris and Jeff ..they had us back and running again in about 45mins..the day before 4th of July - after business hours! Jeff got in his truck and was at our house in no time at all! He had the situation figured out in less than 15mins! That kind of commitment is absolutely GOLDEN. We are now on their maintenance plan and we are so grateful to them!

  Zach was very knowledgeable and took care of our problem with the never ending changing thermostat and then some! He went above and beyond to make sure our AC system was in perfect working order prior to leaving.

  Costco uses this company for all HVAC replacements so you can imagine the they satisfied the Costco vetting criteria. They came out and replaced my whole HVAC system, provided pricing options and I decided to go with them once I had determined Environmental Heating and Air Solutions as the most price effective against the latest Lennox system (high end) they were offering. Everything was done to code and they meticously installed everything on the new system. Conducted a thorough walkthrough with me post installation and went over every step on how to best leverage the system. I love the new system since it is also very economical. The people that came out to remove and install the new system (Yusuf & Raul) were amazing techs. They were very careful around the attic and in the house and made the whole 2 days process very smooth. This company also has a great customer service team and especially want to call out Jamie on their team for her amazing customer care. Post the installation one of the fuses went out with my system and I called the company. They immediately addressed the concern and sent out a tech the next day. David came out and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it. He explained the findings and the issue and what steps would be needed to rectify the issue. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly recommend David, Raul and Yusuf (Techs) and this company for any HVAC concerns.

  Zachary was thorough in inspecting my HVAC system and kept me informed throughout the appointment. He seemed very knowledgeable and I look forward to getting feedback after his inspection records are reviewed. This was an appointment scheduled by Costco and there was no cost incurred.

  Kevin Johnson of EHAS was excellent. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained everything he was going to do. He repaired our HVAC unit and the AC ran perfectly. He saved us during this weeks heatwave. Thank you.
