  We are repeat Tuff Shed customers. Each time, we worked with Tuff Shed via The Home Depot Wholesale Division. Each time, we went online to The Home Depot web-site to design our Tuff Shed. Four (4) years ago, we had a 10' x 12' Tuff Shed blue-barn with full-loft and wrap-around shelving built on our property. Today, we just signed off on our Certificate Of Completion for a second identical 10' x 12' Tuff Shed blue-barn with full-loft and wrap-around shelving built on our property!! - Customer Satisfaction? A.B.S.O.L.U.T.E.L.Y.!! We were so pleased with our first Tuff Shed that we ordered an exact copy-n-paste for our second Tuff Shed! Our two (2) Tuff Sheds now stand side-by-side and represent the true-quality of The Tuff Shed Company!! Jessica assisted with the initial specifications and sales via telephone conversations, e-mail exchanges, text messages, and DocuSign --- we received the exact same model, color, configuration, and pricing from four (4) years earlier! Daniel assisted with the pre-installation / pre-build site-inspection --- the service and hospitality that we received before/during/after our site-inspection was outstanding --- Daniel was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and assured us that Tuff Shed could perform our tricky installation request near two (2) fence-lines and under a Recreational Vehicle awning --- we were so glad that we were working Tuff Shed via The Home Depot Wholesales Division, again! Joanna assisted with the installation and build scheduling --- we had only one (1) day that we were available for the installation and build --- Joanna assured us via text and e-mail that Tuff Shed could meet our request and our limited availability! Pascual & Marco installed and built our second Tuff Shed --- Team Pascual & Marco were on-time, courteous, engaging, and completed their installation and build and cleaned up well before the anticipated 4.5-hours installation-time --- prior to their departure, Pascual & Marco asked me to inspect their installation and build --- this second Tuff Shed is just as fantastic as our first tuff Shed --- no misguided-nails, no ruff-edges, no paint-smudges, no sap-drips from the freshly-cut wood --- the shelf-edges and loft-edges are smooth and free of burrs and splinters --- Pascual & Marco are absolute Rock-Stars and Rare-Earth Gems for both Tuff Shed and The Home Depot! Griselda assisted with the Certificate Of Completion via DocuSign --- the DocuSign Certificate Of Completion notes that the document should not be signed until the work is performed and the customer is satisfied with the work performed by The Tuff Shed Company --- I signed because I am A.B.S.O.L.U.T.E.L.Y. Satisfied, two (2) times over!!   We received great help with the planning and purchase of our new shed. Alex and the build crew did an excellent job to make sure we got everything we wanted and the high quality shed was assembled properly.

  5 out of 5 Joanna was very efficient in getting the correct replacement parts and making sure we have all the information on our sheds if we need it in the future. Joanna was very friendly. I would recomend their products and service.

  5/5 stars easy! The builders (Daniel & Jacob) were kind, professional, and incredible to work with. Also Joanna was super kind and professional and got all of my questions & concerns taken care of! Sales rep Mr.Frenzel was awesome and got me a deal. Easily would purchase through Tuff Shed Bakersfield again :-)
