  This company really provided the best service to repair my air condition unit and save me lot of money from buying a new one, very well done. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable of the underlying problems that gave me confidence and assurance that I made the right choice of working with them. Moreover, as compliments they even shared me some technical knowledge how to take care of my appliances especially the AC and heater to prolong the life of the units. Anyway, I just want to share my experience with this company, their skills, expertise and above all the pricing are well beyond my expectation…FIVE STARS and I highly recommend.

  I came home to no HVAC . Bakersfield Ca you don’t need this. I have paid for homeowners insurance for years. The big thing they scheduled companys to fix any problem with service people from LosAngeles two weeks later they parade in with an estimate and reschedule for when parts come in. Well that is if they do even call sometimes not. So last summer I had a problem they came left and came back with incorrect parts. And put them on wiring on outside. That was July - October. Homeowners insurance was not any help. Same problem when I used it this year in June It’s now August and my newer unit was out too. I saw that Monarch did same day calls within Three hours later they had a diagnosis and said … Don’t worry. No matter what will have you running right away. In the heat they sent a double crew and did just that. The majority of work was horrendous . The day was blazing hot. Come to find out the warriors did fix the new one and re placed the one that the other people had told me parts and cleaning even though I had a tune up policy ) they said I had to pay even though. Desperately I was going to do it for 220.00 and each time they switched the reason. Still wanting more money.American warranty shame on you. They told me I had to agree or not fixing it. Monarch is here in the heat they understand Bakersfield get them I am so happy. Thanks to all the men who got the job done. I’m a elderly Widow who will be finding a new home warranty company out of Bakersfield for consideration of our heat. ABOVE GREAT 5 stars

  GET A SECOND OPINION! THIS place told us we needed duct work quoted over 20k and 5k for ac unit. Got a second opinion from all climate air and they said there was nothing wrong with our ducts (showed us photos of our duct work in the attic) and all we needed was a ac unit. Another thing is the sales person told me that I dont care about my family because I didnt want to try to put a credit application. NEVER AGAIN
