- BSBrook Smith3 days ago1.0After signing a contract with this company (with the main office on the phone the whole time) and paying them 250 dollars to lock in a time. I was relieved that I could finally after 3 hot days get my 90 year old mother from having a heat stroke in our home. YET.. 40 min. after the (very good and knowledgeable workman) left with his handshake and a "see ya Friday"......The "Scheduling manager" called to say no one but him set times and He could give me 2 hours on Saturday! Now I start to smell a shady deal..and the scent is getting stronger. They tried to get away with a fast 250 bucks and will soon learn that thats not such a good idea when you are dealing with customers and Especially after listening to a description of my sweating Mother and blowing smoke! NEVER call them!!

After speaking to one of the managers I was able to get a refund back in regards to the situation. They did resolve my problem.

Jesús, Jesse, did a fantastic job at explaining to me the work or maintenance he was going to do to find the problem. And after he did his job, he explained to me what was happening and what was going to be done. He was very professional and I would love to have him be the guy that comes and services the unit I purchased from you guys because I felt confident that he did a great job.
