  Very happy with the results of our new flooring. The entire process was easy and stress free. Nick in the showroom was a huge help and gave us great feedback and information. Jaime and his crew that did the install were professional and very good at what they do. I would recommend Michael Flooring 100%.

  Returning customers! We had flooring installed 5 years ago and figured our information and flooring would no longer be available. To our surprise, we were wrong. Nick helped get us set up to install the same flooring in three additional rooms. He made the whole process quick and easy. Nic had great communication throughout the whole process from ordering the floor, scheduling an installation and calling to check in after it was completed. The installation was done in a day and we couldn’t be happier. We still have another room to complete and will be back to work with this company again when we are ready.

  I recently had carpet and flooring installed at my house, and I'm very impressed with the whole process. First, I spoke with Nick on the phone – he was professional, clear, and helpful. He answered all my questions, explained the timeline, and made scheduling easy with no hassle. Then Nino came out to do the installation. He did an absolutely fantastic job – the carpet and flooring look perfect. He worked carefully, paid great attention to detail, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and was respectful of my home throughout. If you need flooring or carpet work, I’d definitely recommend this team. Thanks Nick for the smooth coordination and Nino for the flawless install!

  I can’t say enough good things about Michael Flooring team! From day one, Nick was such a huge help—he was professional, super responsive, and just really easy to work with. He stayed right there with us through the very end of the project, which we truly appreciated. The quality of the work is absolutely top-notch, and the whole crew was so friendly and respectful.

  Our experience was horrible. We hired Michael flooring for countertops installation and we picked quartz. Nehad helped us. She sent someone to take measurements to our home. She gave us a quote and we pay the agreed amount. We agreed that we would do the demolition ourselves. When the installer came to the house, he said we needed support bars for the countertops, otherwise, we were risking the quart to eventually break. We met with Nehad and she said that if we wanted the bars, we had to pay extra. She said the quote she gave included us leaving the 21 year old wood frame so they could place the quartz on top of it. The old piece of support was about 4 inches wide, she was planning on placing a brand new, heavy piece of quartz on top of a 21 year old old support wood frame. Not safe and not aesthetically appealing. When we discuss this issue, she refused to eat or share the cost. She said that if we cancel the contract, we had to pay the restocking fee. They failed to inform us ahead of time about all the materials we needed for a professional finish and she made us lay the additional cost. Thanks it counting the installer being often late for measurements and failing to show up to schedule appointments.
