Dallas went above and beyond on our inspection and explained to us every detail as to why we needed a new part and what it will do and how it will save us. He was very knowledgeable, in every area and. He repaired everything in a timely manner and was very precise with his inspection. Highly recommend Dallas!

Eddie Nunez was quick to identify the issue and resolve the problem the day of call out! Respectful and professional, i will be using holders in the future and recommending it to people i know!
Just had my annual AC service done by Holder’s. Dallas was professional and friendly. Explained everything he did. It was quick and easy. Once again, super pleased with the service received from Holder’s!

AC system went out yesterday afternoon. I gave a call to Holders the next morning, and they had Renee, one of their technicians out to the house that same morning. Renee identified the problem, and checked in with me every step of the way, explaining what needed fixing so I had a clear understanding of everything that was being worked on. He had our system back up and running in no time, and I'm happy to by typing this review in an air conditioned house. The thing I appreciated to most was how cut, dry and simple the entire process was; from making the first call to schedule service, to making the final signatures once the job was complete.
I called Holders to set up an appointment and you have to navigate the menu and set up the appointment through AI. It was a total disaster. I was almost to the point of hanging up and calling another company. The tech they sent out was Marissa. She asked if I wanted for her to change out the filter. I replied no. 2 minutes later she asked if I wanted for her to change out the filter. Again I replied no. It was like she already forgot she asked that question. She got her ladder set up as the AC is on a 2 story roof. Then she just stood there and looked up at the ladder. Then she just stood there some more and then looked up at the ladder. Then it took her 3 or 4 minutes to climb the ladder like she was afraid of heights. She worked on the AC and then came back down. Then she wanted signatures in her tablet and to authorize payment like she was all done. I then asked every other time I have had service they take a garden hose up and clean the coils and everything. She replied she wasn't done. She returned to the roof to clean the AC. To me, it would be a lot more efficient to also bring up the hose the first time instead of having to keep climbing up and down the ladder. It's fine if that's how she wants to do it but then she needs to do a better job explaining the process. Every other time I have always paid at the very end when the job was totally done. Maybe that's how Marissa does it or Holders now requires payment in the middle of the job. After she was all done she asked if I could lower her ladder for her because she has no strength in her arms. She was able to extend the ladder to get on the roof. I did it for her but what would she do if the customer had a shoulder injury or something. Maybe she needs to only service units on the ground or on a single story roof. After she left I noticed the handle on my faucet was broken. She broke my handle turning the water off and it never occurred to her to tell me? Was she hoping it would go unnoticed so she wouldn't get blamed?
In the end, Holders stepped up and fixed the faucet plus sent another tech to verify her work. Marissa did a good job on cleaning the unit.
