  Marissa did an exceptional job servicing our AC/Heat pump system. Very detailed and extra attention to details. Answered all my questions and left a checklist and photos of work completed. Holders installed the unit 3 years ago and have been happy with the company. Highly recommend Holders for service, repairs and new systems!!!

  Holders did a wonderful job in accommodating my schedule and needs. Both technicians, Roy and Dallas, were courteous, efficient, and helpful. Communication between the office, technicians, and myself was greatly appreciated. The company offers clients a yearly service to maintain your A/C and heating units, which I highly recommend. L.   Marissa came out to figure out my air conditioners problem. She is the 5th technician to come out (all from other companies) and she was the one who was able to answer my questions and figure out my problem. It was $125 charge for a diagnostic and she was here for well over 3 hours. All other techs were here and gone in 30 minutes or less. Great asset to Holders A/C.

  I am grateful to Holder's and their team for coming out to repair our AC system on a Sunday. Thanks to Robin for setting up the appointment. The technician Eddie was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. He gave us an accurate estimate and completed the repair. I would recommend Holders AC repair and will call them in the future. Thanks again

  I called in an emergency service as water was coming inside my house from not having it serviced! I was unaware of what was happening. Dallas showed up went straight to work after he asked me to tell him what happened. He came back down as my HVAC unit is on the roof, he showed me pictures and videos of what was going on. He explained it all and answered a million questions. He was patient with me and understand. He told me what needed to happen and explained they offered a monthly service. It saved me money and has given me peace of mind. He went straight to work finished and showed me pictures and videos of his work. Coming from someone who had no idea how the system worked to basic knowledge I am so grateful for Dallas. He definitely deserves a raise. Great customer service, people skills, understand and professional knowledge. He also provided me with a long report.
