I waited 3 years to put vinyl plank in the closet and they were able to find the material. Recently, they put carpet in my church. The install took 4 days instead of 3 but the worker waited for me to come and lock up He did not leave until I was done and safely in my car to leave. Exceptional service!

I needed to have my home carpeted quickly and they were VERY Helpful & Patient with all my questions and circumstances. They sent someone out immediately to take measurements, and the installer got it ALL done in 1 Day. It came out wonderfully and completely changed the feel inside my home. Thank You CARPET OUTLET PLUS. Also the pricing and financing were amazing.
- DLDaniel LongJul 25, 20261.0I had gotten a carpet measurement from carpet outlet plus back on july 2nd 2026 for my walkin closet quick and easy after measurement was told to visit showroom to pick out carpet and padding for my walkin closet and was told to ask for Jennifer thats who you'll be working already had carpet and padding picked out and have called a few times and Jennifer hasnt been there and messages were left by other staff members for her and still havent had phone call returned by her im just going to go with someone else for my flooring needs was told theres a $200 minimum for all installations you guys are way to expensive not happy with this whole process.

I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for new flooring. I’ll definitely be back for future projects!
